The following study is being conducted to explore the safety and effectiveness of a new chemical entity called NXN-188 in subjects with a history of migraine with aura. In this study subjects will treat two attacks of migraine with aura during the aura phase - once with placebo and once with NXN-188.

Chronic Migraine More than15 Days Per Monthand Lasting 4 Hours a Day or Longer.

Botox acts on nerve endings, yet there are no nerve endings inside the muscle, where they are typically injected. rTMS for the Prevention Treatment of CM: a Single Arm Study

We design this pilot, single arm study to explore the safety and efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for the treatment of chronic migraine. The hypothetical control group is pooled sham group in latest meta-analysis. We expect a significant improvement of the outcome measures during and after the treatment as compared to the hypothetical control group.

Intranasal Lidocaine to Treat Pediatric Migraine in the Emergency Department

Migraine

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of intranasal lidocaine on pain score in pediatric patients with migraine. Patients with significant pain after oral analgesics and plan for intravenous (IV) abortive therapy will be asked to participate. Half of patients will be given intranasal lidocaine and the other half will be given placebo. Pain scores and associated migraine symptoms (i.e. nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, avoidance of activities, and aura) will be monitored and compared between the groups.

Buccal Prochlorperazine Versus Intravenous Prochlorperazine for Migraine Headaches, a RCT

Headache is a common presenting complaint to the emergency department accounting for 1-2% of patient visits. Of these headaches, approximately 90% are migraine, tension headache, or combined presentations. The most commonly used migraine therapy in the ED is intravenous prochlorperazine, but its administration requires close nursing observation, a bed, and the insertion of an intravenous catheter. Buccal prochlorperazine represents an alternative form of delivery that enables rapid achievement of therapeutic blood levels and may lead to symptom resolution. In a randomized, controlled, prospective study,the investigators plan to assess the efficacy of buccal versus intravenous prochlorperazine for the initial emergency department treatment of migraine headaches.
