Assessment of Natural Killer Cells in Unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
FemaleRecurrent Miscarriage1 moreTo assess natural killer cells frequency and activation in cases of unexplained recurrent abortion in comparison to fertile cases 2. . To study the expression of stimulatory receptors of natural killer cell. 3-To study the expression of inhibitory receptors of natural killer cell.
Neutrophil Extracellular Traps Mediate Antiphospholipid Antibody-induced Pregnancy Loss
Neutrophil Extracellular Traps; Antiphospholipid Antibody-induced Pregnancy LossEstablish a multi-platform detection system for neutrophil extracellular traps in blood and tissues, and evaluate the detection performance; Comparing the expression levels of neutrophil extracellular traps in peripheral blood and decidua of patients with antiphospholipid antibody-induced pregnancy loss and normal control group; Comparing the expression levels of neutrophil extracellular traps in peripheral blood and decidua of mice with antiphospholipid antibody-induced pregnancy loss and normal control group; After treatment of antiphospholipid antibody-induced mouse abortion model with metformin, the effect of metformin on embryo loss rate and viable embryo body weight was observed.
The Effect of the Ovarian Reserve on the Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
Ovarian ReserveMiscarriage1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether ovarian reserve is related to recurrent pregnancy loss
COVID-19 Infection and Fetal-neonatal Outcomes
Covid19Obstetric Complication4 moreCOVID-19, the coronavirus responsible for the pandemic that began at the end of 2019 in China, spreads through respiratory droplets and direct contact. The most common symptoms of the disease include fever, cough, asthenia or myalgia, wheezing and headache, and the most serious complication is acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The new coronavirus has continued to spread to multiple countries and continents so much so that the epidemic was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Interest (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. In the first phase of emergency worldwide, characterized by high morbidity and mortality, scientific interest has been mainly directed to the study of the transmission mechanisms of the infection, diagnostic tools and therapies for ARDS, especially in elderly and co-morbid patients. Interest has rapidly spread to other categories of patients and in particular to pregnancy, on which the virus could impact in different ways, with consequences for both the mother and the fetus. A recent systematic review that included all published reports on Coronaviruses (COVID-19, SARS, and MERS) in pregnancy showed that preterm delivery is the most frequently reported adverse event in these women, and that COVID-19 is associated with an increased risk of preeclampsia and caesarean section. Nonetheless, the limited sample size, the main inclusion of cases reported for acute respiratory symptoms, the lack of information on previous pathologies potentially capable of complicating pregnancy, do not allow for the extrapolation of strong evidence on the course of infection in pregnancy. Therefore, the current status of the scientific literature does not allow for general and wide-ranging implications. THe investigators therefore believe it is particularly useful to investigate maternal and fetal outcomes in this new broader scenario, including all pregnancies associated with asymptomatic or symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection, found in any gestational period, in order to evaluate in a "real world scenario" "Actual rates of maternal-fetal and neonatal adverse events
Nutritional Deficiencies About Recurrent Miscarriage
AbortionHabitual1 moreThe study plans to recruit patients with recurrent miscarriage and detect their niacin, thiamine, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D levels in plasma, evaluating if some lack exists.
Markers of Oxidative Stress in a Early Week Miscarriage: Ischemia of Modified Albumin
First Trimester PregnancyFetal Heart Activity Absent1 moreThe finding that ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) is increased in pre-eclamptic pregnancy suggests a role for IMA as a potential biomarker for abnormal placental development related to miscarriage. This study was undertaken to evaluate IMA levels in women with recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).
Heavy Metals' Influence on Early Pregnancy Through Oxidative Stress
Spontaneous AbortionOxidative StressPatients with diagnosis of spontaneous abortion are enrolled in the cohort, in the cohort of patients who met the criteria, 3ml of whole blood intravenous and 5ml of urine were taken for heavy metal level examnation. Part of the villi tissue was sent for genetic testing, and the results were traced. In addition, about 10g of villi tissue was frozen for testing. Patients with normal genetic results of villi tissue will have villus samples go through oxidative stress level detection.

PregnancySpontaneous Abortions1 moreAn Observational, blind and prospective study of Preimplantational Aneuploidy Screening by aCGH in Trophectoderm Biopsy
Environmental Factors and Embryonic Development Project
Spontaneous AbortionFetal Death7 moreThe Environmental Factors and Embryonic Development Project was set up to investigate environmental exposures and behavioral factors responsible for embryonic dysplasia and gestational complications in pregnant women.
Is There an Interaction Between Recurrent Miscarriage and Dental Health
Oral HealthMiscarriageOral infections can trigger the production of pro-inflammatory mediators that may be risk factors for miscarriage. The investigators investigated whether oral health care patterns that may promote or alleviate oral inflammation were associated with the history of miscarriage in Turkish women.
