The RelSEP aims to register exhaustively every new case of multiple sclerosis (MS) occuring in Lorraine a French region, and follow up on them for an indefinite duration, registering disease evolution and intercurrent events.

This prospective case series will use mixed methods to examine the feasibility, acceptability, and initial effects of three telehealth cognitive behavioral therapy components (relaxation training, behavioral activation, cognitive therapy) for fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis.

KAIROS is a prospective, multicenter, non-interventional study (NIS) in Germany. Prospective, primary data will be collected via questionnaires and an electronic case report form (eCRF) over a period of one year (max. 1.5 years) of treatment. Additionally, medical history of participants will be collected including disease duration, EDSS, MRI parameters and relapses.

The research was carried out as experiment, control group, pretest-posttest model and single-blind. The population of the study consisted of MS patients who applied to OMU (Ondokuz Mayıs University) Neurology Service and Neurology Outpatient Clinic between March 2020 and February 2022. The control group was not intervened, only data collection tools were applied.

To investigate whether polymorphic differences can be identified between Multiple Sclerosis patients developing elevated liver enzymes (defined as ALT, AST, GGT or bilirubinemia levels five above the upper normal limit on at least one) compared to those not developing elevated liver enzymes after exposure to fingolimod for multiple sclerosis.

The LIMS study is an observational study that investigates the effectiveness of an online lifestyle program for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The patients will be monitored during 27 months, starting 3 months prior to the start of the lifestyle program.

PoNS therapy is a rehabilitation program that uses the PoNS device in conjunction with individualized physical exercise. This is an outcome research open label observational interventional multi-center study investigating the relationship between subject's adherence to PoNS therapy and therapeutic outcomes.

In total, 27 patients with MS (Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score equal to or less than 5.5) were randomly assigned to either Telko plus conventional physical therapy (CPT) experimental group (n=14) or the CPT control group (n=13). All patients received 15-minute CPT, three times a week, for four weeks. The patients in the experimental group received 15-minute Telko at the end of each CPT session. The outcome measures used were the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT), and Timed Up and Go (TUG) assessment.

This study aims to develop and validate a sensitive and non-invasive eye-tracking software application. This study will obtain participant responses to brief cognitive tests designed to evaluate several key functions known to be affected by CIS and RRMS and non-invasive eye movement measurements in response to visually presented stimuli during specifically designed eye-tracking tests. The study data will be used to develop machine learning algorithms and validate a software application intended to identify which metrics-or combination thereof-can serve as reliable biomarker of CIS and RRMS disease progression and cognitive status.
