Phase I Study of an Oncofetal Antigen Multi-Peptide Immunotherapy in Subjects With Hematologic Cancer...
Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)Multiple Myeloma (MM)2 moreThe study is designed to evaluate safety, immunogenicity, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of a multi-peptide immunotherapy (BB-MPI-03) at three peptide+adjuvant dose levels. The peptides stimulate cytotoxic T-cells targeting oncofetal antigen (OFA). Subjects with AML, MM, sMM, or MDS who are off treatment and with stable disease or better, or who are not eligible for or refuse allogeneic HSCT are to be enrolled. The study will be conducted at 2 to 4 study centers in the US.
Autologous Dendritic Cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaMultiple myeloma remains incurable disease in most patients . Cellular immunotherapy using dendritic cells is emerging as a useful immunotherapeutic modality to treat multiple myeloma. Vax-DC/MM is an potent immunotherapeutic agent generated by dendritic cells loaded with the ultraviolet B-irradiated autologous human myeloma cells. The main purpose of this study is to examine the safety and efficacy of Vax-DC/MM in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
Clarithromycin Plus CTd Regimen for Patients With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaDue to economic reasons, thalidomide is still widely used as a first line drug for Multiple Myeloma patients in China. However, the efficacy of CTd is still lower than the therapeutic regimens with new drugs. Clarithromycin may have partly efficacy in association with steroids and thalidomide for Multiple Myeloma patients. This multicenter, randomized, phase 3 clinical trial is proposed to explore whether clarithromycin could potentiate responsiveness of CTd (Cyclophosphamide, Thalidomide and Dexamethasone) regimen in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma patients. The trial will also evaluate the side effects caused by the combination of these drugs.
Velcade, Thalidomide, Dexamethasone and Panobinostat Treatment and Panobinostat Maintenance in Multiple...
Multiple MyelomaVelcade (bortezomib), thalidomide and dexamethasone (VTD) has been demonstrated to be a highly effective combination in both patients with previously untreated and those with relapsed multiple myeloma. In previously untreated patients VTD demonstrated clear superiority to TD as induction therapy prior to planned tandem autologous stem cell transplant. The rationale of this trial is to combine a 'gold standard' antiMM combination with the HDAC inhibitor Panobinostat. There is emerging data to support the concept of clinical synergy between BTZ and HDACi's. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and estimated response rates of panobinostat, administered in combination with VTD, in subjects with relapsed and relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
Study of Carfilzomib Weekly Plus Melphalan and Prednisone in Untreated Symptomatic Elderly Multiple...
Multiple MyelomaIFM 2012-03 protocol is a Phase 2 multicenter nonrandomized open in elderly patients with multiple myeloma at diagnosis. Study primary objectives are in the first step to determine Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of Carfilzomib Weekly based on definition of Dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) and in the second step to expanded cohort, to determine the VGPR (Very Good Partial Response) + CR (Complete Response) rate of Carfilzomib Weekly at the MTD in combination with Melphalan Prednisone at the end of the 9 induction cycles.
Lonquek for Autologous Stem Cell Mobilization
LymphomaMultiple MyelomaThe aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of Lonquek which is a pegylated (long-acting) version of Filgrastim recombinant human G-CSF (G-CSF) in mobilizing sufficient number of stem cells for autologous stem cell transplantation in patients with lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
Open-label Clinical Trial to Investigate the Safety and Tolerability of Allogeneic B-cell Concentrates...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia6 moreThe reconstitution of a functioning immune system after allogeneic stem cell transplantation takes months to years. Particularly memory B-lymphocytes reconstitute poorly with the current conditioning regimes. During the period of intense immune suppression the patients are extremely susceptible to bacterial, fungal and, most importantly, viral infections. The adoptive transfer of B-lymphocytes from the stem-cell donor might significantly enhance humoral immunity for the patient. Aim of the study is to evaluate a new cellular therapy with B-lymphocytes regarding safety. A booster vaccination after B-lymphocyte transfer will evaluate the functionality of the transferred B-lymphocytes in the patient.
Study of Bendamustine, Lenalidomide and Low-dose Dexamethasone, for the Treatment of Patients With...
Multiple MyelomaThis is an open Label, Phase I/II, multicenter study. In the first phase it defines the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of Bendamustine (B) given in combination with Lenalidomide (L) and low-dose Dexamethasone (d) and in the second phase it evaluates the antitumour activity of Bendamustine, Lenalidomide and Low-dose Dexamethasone (BdL) given in combination, in relapsed multiple myeloma patients.
Acupuncture for Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy
Peripheral NeuropathyToxicity Due to Chemotherapy2 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate whether acupuncture can be effective for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in lymphoma or multiple myeloma patients.
LCAR-B4822M-02 Cells in Treating Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Multiple Myeloma
Refractory or Relapsed Multiple MyelomaThis is a single arm, open-label, phase 1 study, to determine the safety and efficacy of LCAR-B4822M CAR-T cells in treating patients diagnosed with refractory/relapsed multiple myeloma (r/r MM).
