Repetitive Thoughts in Fibromyalgia: Impact of Rumination on the Emotional and Cognitive Dimensions...
FibromyalgiaDysfunctional chronic diffuse pain syndrome, concerning 2% of the French population, Fibromyalgia (FM) is classified either as a psychological disease or as a somatic disease. This dichotomous reasoning does not lead to a better understanding and does not allow the use or development of new psychological tools of care. The issue of the proximity between FM and depression highlighted by some authors and the presence of anxious comorbidities may arise at a different level, that of the transdiagnostic approach. Rumination is one of these transdiagnostic processes that are the subject of recent studies and one of the dimensions of which (abstract analytical rumination) is at work in depression and a number of psychopathologies. The investigator therefore wishes to explore the process of rumination and its abstract analytical dimension in FM and to explore its link with the depressive and anxious manifestations frequently associated with this disorder.
Kinesiophobia in Patients With Fibromyalgia Syndrome and Chronic Neck Pain
FibromyalgiaNeck Pain1 moreKinesiophobia which is described as fear of movement reduces physical activity levels and increases the risk of chronic pain. We consider that kinesiophobia levels were higher in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome and chronic neck pain so that physical activity levels were lower in this patients groups. Because there are not enough studies, we aimed to evaluate kinesiophobia and physical activity levels in this patients.

Study of the Symptomatic Improvement in Patients With Fibromyalgia by Means of a Food Supplement...
FibromyalgiaFibromyalgia is a syndrome (set of symptoms) of unknown etiology and characterized by diffuse musculoskeletal pain and chronic fatigue. In addition, other symptoms such as cognitive alterations, sleep rhythm disturbances, psychiatric syndromes such as anxiety, depression, etc. Other very characteristic symptoms are hyperalgesia (very low pain threshold) and allodynia (amplified response to painful stimuli). The treatment of fibromyalgia is symptomatic and the drugs only serve to reduce symptoms in some patients, in addition to the fact that these available treatments (antidepressants, pain signal modulators, rescue analgesics, etc.) have many side effects. The food supplement which is the object of this study, FibrofixPlus®, is made up of a combination of natural substances. This is the reason why this observational study aims to improve symptoms caused by fibromyalgia in patients treated with FibrofixPlus®.

The Effect of Dionegest Use on the Frequency of Fibromyalgia in Endometriosis
FibromyalgiaEndometriosis Ovary1 moreEndometriosis usually occurs during the reproductive period of women and poses a significant burden on quality of life and social costs. The estimated prevalence in premenopausal women is 10% in clinical studies and the frequency rises to 50% in symptomatic patients with pelvic pain and infertility. Observational studies in Europe estimated the prevalence to be 8-15 per 1000 people. Fibromyalgia is a common musculoskeletal chronic painful condition that may be accompanied by cognitive impairment, somatic symptoms, fatigue, and psychiatric symptoms. The population frequency is given as 20-80 per 1000 people. Fibromyalgia is most often diagnosed in women aged 20-55 years; prevalence increases with age and is associated with a higher prevalence of comorbidities, including endocrine and genitourinary disorders. Co-existance of endometriosis and fibromyalgia is a special entity that has not been enlightened in detal yet.
