Our purpose is to determine the incidence of trigger points in patients who remain in a fixed position for a long time during lumbar disc herniation surgery.

Participants between the ages of 18-64 who were diagnosed with cervical myofascial pain syndrome will be included in the study. cervical sagittal parameters, numerical pain rating scale, Bournemouth neck questionnaire and cervical range of motion will be measured and evaluated.

The investigators aim in this study is to evaluate myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) related websites in terms of the quality and the readability of the information. Also, to identify the typologies of websites that provide high-quality information about MPS.

The research is about fibromyalgia prevalency in working population and searching work-related fibromyalgia.

This study is designed to collect data on precipitating factors, diagnosis, morbidity, therapy, quality of life, and symptom severity, etc. informations in patients with fibromyalgia.

Primary Hypothesis: Gulf War veterans will have an equal prevalence or mean level of the following medical and psychological conditions frequently reported in the literature compared to a control group of nondeployed veterans: (1) chronic fatigue syndrome, (2) fibromyalgia, (3) post-traumatic stress disorder, (4) neurologic abnormalities, including peripheral neuropathy and cognitive dysfunction, and (5) general health status.

In the literature, the relationship between fibromyalgia and disease activity has been assessed in a few studies without discrimination between women and men.In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the relationship between fibromyalgia and disease activity in women with Behçet's disease.

Subjective age or felt age is the term used for how the person feels; one can feel same, younger or older than their actual age. Feeling younger or feeling older may be associated with depression, anxiety, fatigue, sleep, quality of life or cognitive function.

This study will utilize ultrasound image texture variables to construct an elastic net regularized, logistic regression model to differentiate between healthy and Fibromyalgia patients. The collected ultrasound data will be from participants who are healthy, and from participants who have Fibromyalgia. The predicted performance accuracy of the diagnostic model will be validated and this will confirm or deny the hypothesis that differentiation between the two cohorts is possible.

One Hundred Fifty woman patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia according to the American College of Rheumatology 2010 diagnostic criteria and 150 healthy woman volunteers will be included.Demographic data (age, gender, height, weight, marital status, education level) and duration of fibromyalgia diagnosis will be recorded. Patients will be evaluated according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders: Assessment Instruments (DCTMD: AI ). Patients will be evaluated by Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders: Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) Pain Screener, Symptom questionnaire, Clinical Examination Form from Assessment Instruments Axis I. Pain Drawing, Graded Chronic Pain (version 2), Jaw Functional Limitation Scale-8 (JFLS-8), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-4), Oral Behaviors Checklist will be applied within the scope of Axis II.
