Contralateral Comparison of Three Excimer Laser Systems in Performing LASIK
MyopiaAstigmatismThe purpose of this study is to compare LASIK outcomes using the WaveLight ALLEGRETTO WAVE™ wavefront guided or optimized excimer laser treatment with the AMO/VISX CustomVue™ and the LADARVision 4000 excimer laser treatment. Standard refractive outcomes such as uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity, and intended vs. achieved postoperative refractions will be evaluated; in addition, high order optical aberrations, contrast sensitivity, and topography will be measured.
Assessing the Performance of Lotrafilcon A Lenses During a Three Month Period
MyopiaThe purpose of this trial is to assess the performance of an investigational contact lens over a three month period.
Clinical Performance Comparison of Several Different Contact Lenses
MyopiaThe purpose of the study is to evaluate the possible benefits of second generation silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
Non-Dispensing Evaluation of an Investigational Galyfilcon A Soft Contact Lens
MyopiaThe purpose of this investigation is to compare the fit characteristics and vision attributes of an investigational Galyfilcon A contact lens and an approved Galyfilcon A contact lens.
The Clinical Comparison of Senofilcon A and Stenfilcon A Contact Lenses
MyopiaThe objective of this study is to compare the clinical performance of senofilcon A lens with the stenfilcon A lens each for one week of daily disposable wear.
LSH Silicone Hydrogel Soft Hydrophilic Contact Lens for Daily Wear
MyopiaThis study is to evaluate the performance of the LSH (mangofilcon A) silicone hydrogel soft contact lenses when used as a daily wear contact lens for the correction of myopia.
Visual Outcomes and Contrast Sensitivity After Myopic LASIK
MyopiaEvaluate visual outcomes and contrast sensitivity for subjects undergoing bilateral myopic LASIK procedure using the 200 kHz WaveLight® FS200 Femtosecond Laser and the WaveLight® Allegretto Wave® Eye-Q Laser. The use of advanced technology may decrease the loss of contrast sensitivity and improvement of postoperative visual acuity results.
New Treatment Algorithm to Reduce Spherical Aberration After LASIK Correction for Myopia
MyopiaAstigmatismThe purpose of this clinical trial is to demonstrate that treatments generated by an investigational algorithm reduces spherical aberration compared to currently available iDesign treatments.
Clinical Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of a New Multifocal Contact Lens
MyopiaAmetropia2 moreThe purpose of this study was to demonstrate substantial equivalence of the new DAILIES® AquaComfort Plus® Multifocal (DACP MF) contact lens to the commercially available Focus® DAILIES® Progressives (FDP) contact lens.
Controlling Myopia Progression With Soft Contact Lenses (Contact Lens Control)
MyopiaThis study is to investigate whether novel soft contact lens optical designs can slow myopia progression
