Adding PD-1 Inhibitor to Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant for NPC
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis is a randomized clinical trial comparing neoadjuvant and adjuvant PD-1 inhibitor Toripalimab plus neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy versus neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy alone in high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Concurrent and Adjuvant PD1 Treatment Combined With Chemo-radiotherapy for High-risk Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CancerChemotherapy2 moreThrough multicenter, open-label, randomised clinical trials, we intend to demonstrate that concurrent and adjuvant PD-1 treatment added to chemo-radiotherapy could further decrease the rate of disease progression and improve the survival outcome of high risk patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma compared with those treated with chemo-radiotherapy alone.
Camrelizumab After Completion of Radiotherapy for Oligometastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaOligometastasis1 moreThe main purpose of this study is to see how well the experimental drug camrelizumab(SHR-1210) works in people with oligometastatic NPC who have already had locally radiotherapy for their disease. All patients will receive 200 mg of camrelizumab intravenously on Day 1 of each 21-day cycle. Patients will receive the study drug for up to 18 cycles.
A Phase II/III Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of QL1706 in Patients With Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis is a randomized, open, multicenter phase II/III trial to compare the efficacy and safety of QL1706 and carrilizumab combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin in first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Toripalimab and Anlotinib Combination Treatment in Patients With Recurrent or Metastatic Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaRecurrent or Metastatic Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis phase 2 trial studies toripalimab and anlotinib combination treatment in patients with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma after failure of at least one line of platinum-based chemotherapy
A Study of Penpulimab (AK105) in the First-line Treatment of Recurrent or Metastatic Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis study is a randomized, double-blind, multi-center phase III clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of penpulimab combined with chemotherapy and placebo combined with chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Camrelizumab Plus Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy vs Camrelizumab Alone For Oligometastatic Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaWe intend to compare the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy plus stereotactic body radiotherapy at oligometastatic lesions and immunotherapy alone among patients with oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma whose primary lesion has been well controlled after radical local-regional treatment through this multicenter randomized phase 3 trial.
BGT007 Cell Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis is an exploratory study to evaluate the safety and preliminary effectiveness of BGT007 cells in the treatment of recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Study of Safety, Pharmacokinetic and Efficacy of APG-5918 in Advanced Solid Tumors or Lymphomas...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaCastrate Resistant Prostate Cancer7 moreThis is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study that will be conducted in two parts. Part 1 is the dose escalation of APG-5918. Part 2 is the dose expansion of APG-5918. APG-5918 will be administered orally. Patients will be treated in 28-day cycles.
Whole-target Consolidation Therapy Under Systemic Therapy for Oligometastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaIn this exploratory clinical trial, patients with newly diagnosed distant metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with gemcitabine+ cisplatin+PD-1 inhibitor regimen followed by whole-target radiotherapy (IMRT for local regional lesion, SBRT for distant metastasis) and PD-1 inhibitor long-term maintenance regimen. To investigate the efficacy and safety of "whole target" radiotherapy combined with immuno-maintenance therapy.
