Intrathecal Double Checkpoint Inhibition

Leptomeningeal MetastasisNon-small Cell Lung Cancer Stage IV1 more

The objective of the present study is to determine the feasibility and to explore anti-tumor activity of intrathecal double immune checkpoint inhibition for patients with newly diagnosed leptomeningeal metastases from non-small cell lung cancer without driver mutation or melanoma.

Diphencyprone Plus Immune Checkpoint Inhibition in the Treatment of Cutaneous Metastases

Cutaneous Metastases

This is a phase I, open label study employing diphencyprone (DPCP) to characterize gene expression changes of various immune cell and tumor markers in cutaneous metastases treated with topical DPCP twice weekly for 12 weeks in combination with PD-1 or PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI), compared to pre-treatment cutaneous metastases and to describe the adverse events associated with DPCP when administered topically twice weekly for 12 weeks in combination with PD-1 or PD-L1 ICI.

Phase 1 Trial of SYNC-T - Immunotherapy for Patients With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors

Metastatic CancerMetastatic Breast Cancer3 more

SV-101 is intended to overcome the complex and multifactorial nature of the mechanisms mediating tumor immune evasion, by the use of a combination of therapeutic agents that elicit multiple immuno-pharmacologic effects.

Phase 1b/2 Study of Liposomal Annamycin (L-Annamycin) in Subjects With Previously Treated Soft-Tissue...

Soft Tissue SarcomaPulmonary Metastasis

This study is a multi-centre, open-label, single-arm, 3+3 Phase 1b/ and Phase II. Phase 1b is aimed to determine the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) based on safety reporting. The RP2D is a multifactorial endpoint that considers toxicity as well as additional determinants (e.g. efficacy, pharmacodynamics) to define the optimal Phase 2 dose. Phase 2 will explore the efficacy of L-Annamycin at RP2D for treating soft tissue sarcomas (STS) subjects with lung metastases, for which chemotherapy is considered appropriate.

Brain MetastasesHER2-positive Breast Cancer

This research study will evaluate how well brain metastases associated with HER-2 positive breast cancer can be controlled using a type of radiation known as stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) when combined with three therapeutic agents, tucatinib, capecitabine, and trastuzumab. The combined use of SRS with the three drugs is considered investigational.

CAMPFIRE: A Study of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) in Participants With Ewing's Sarcoma

SarcomaEwing1 more

The purpose of this study is to measure the benefit of adding abemaciclib to chemotherapy (irinotecan and temozolamide) for Ewing's sarcoma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. This trial is part of the CAMPFIRE master protocol, which is a platform to speed development of new treatments for children and young adults with cancer. Your participation in this trial could last 11 months or longer, depending on how you and your tumor respond.
