Study of DS-8201a for Participants With Advanced Solid Malignant Tumors
Neoplasm MetastasisHER2-positive cancer is a cancer that tests positive for a protein called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). HER2 promotes the growth of certain cancer cells. This study will test an experimental drug called DS-8201a that has not been approved by the health authorities yet. DS-8201a will be tested for safety in patients with advanced solid malignant tumors that test positive for HER2. It also will test how DS-8201a moves within the body (pharmacokinetics).
Study of TJ004309 in Combination With Atezolizumab (Tecentriq®) in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic...
Solid TumorMetastatic CancerThis is a multicenter, open label, Phase 1 dose escalation study of TJ004309 in combination with standard dose atezolizumab in patients with advanced or metastatic cancer in patients who are refractory to or intolerant to all available therapy.
Tacrolimus, Nivolumab, and Ipilimumab in Treating Kidney Transplant Recipients With Selected Unresectable...
Clinical Stage III Cutaneous Melanoma AJCC v8Clinical Stage III Merkel Cell Carcinoma AJCC v819 moreThis phase I trial studies how well tacrolimus, nivolumab, and ipilimumab work in treating kidney transplant recipients with cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Tacrolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving tacrolimus, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating kidney transplant recipients with cancer compared to chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, or targeted therapies.
A Study of an Intratumoral Oncolytic Virus in Patients With Advanced Metastatic Solid Tumors
Metastatic CancerSolid Tumors1 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of ASP9801 and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D). The study will also evaluate antitumor activity, objective response rate, pharmacokinetics and virus shedding of ASP9801 as a single agent, as well as in combination with pembrolizumab, an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) checkpoint inhibitor.
Camrelizumab With AC in Patients With Brain Metastases of Driven Gene-negative,NSCLC
Non-squamous Non-small-cell Lung CancerBrain MetastasesThe primary hypothesis is that camrelizumab in combination with pemetrexed/ carboplatin will present a better efficacy for treatment of first line metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer and minimize the risk of toxicity

Metastatic CancerSolid TumorThe primary purpose of this study is to see if Sym024 is safe and tolerable as monotherapy and in combination with Sym021 in patients with solid tumor malignancies.
Safety, Tolerability, PK, Anti-Tumor Activity of STP705 Injected IT in Cholangiocarcinoma, Hepatocellular...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaLiver Metastases1 moreThis is an open label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of STP705 administered intratumorally in cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma or liver metastasis in subjects with advanced/metastatic or surgically unresectable solid tumors who are refractory to standard therapy. Goals: To determine the MTD or RP2D of STP705 when administered intratumorally into cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, or liver metastasis. To establish the dose of STP705 recommended for future phase 2 studies when administered intratumorally.
