RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Randomized phase II trial to compare the effectiveness of two different regimens of docetaxel or paclitaxel in treating women who have unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

RATIONALE: Some hormones can stimulate the growth of some types of cancer cells. Hormone therapy using megestrol may fight cancer by reducing the production of these hormones. PURPOSE: Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of high-dose megestrol in treating patients with metastatic breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or mesothelioma which cannot be treated with surgery or radiation therapy.

It is not yet known whether doxorubicin plus docetaxel is more effective than doxorubicin plus cyclophosphamide for breast cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of doxorubicin in combination with either docetaxel or cyclophosphamide in treating women who have previously untreated, advanced, or inflammatory breast cancer.

Combining chemotherapy with peripheral stem cell transplantation may allow the doctor to give higher doses of chemotherapy drugs and kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known whether high-dose chemotherapy plus peripheral stem cell transplantation is more effective than standard chemotherapy for breast cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy with that of high-dose chemotherapy plus peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating women who have advanced breast cancer or inflammatory breast cancer.

RATIONALE: Hyperthermia therapy kills tumor cells by heating them to several degrees above body temperature. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving fluorouracil and liposomal doxorubicin together with systemic hyperthermia works in treating patients with metastatic breast, ovarian, endometrial, or cervical cancer.

The study will compare PK, efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of SIBP-01 (Trastuzumab Biosimilar) in combination with Docetaxel and Carboplatin versus Herceptin® (CN-Trastuzumab) approved in the CN in combination with Docetaxel and Carboplatin in patients with operable HER2 positive, with early or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. The hypothesis to be tested in this study is the tpCR of patients with Cycle 6 of SIBP-01 is similar to CN-approved trastuzumab, using a 90% bilateral confidence interval between 0.74 and 1.5.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pegylated liposomal doxorubicin（PLD）plus Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel and trastuzumab as neoadjuvant therapy in HER-2 positive breast cancer.

This study will retrospectively collect and evaluate the surgical outcomes of robotic nipple sparing mastectomy (R-NSM) compared with endoscopic assisted NSM (E-NSM) or conventional NSM (C-NSM) in the management of breast cancer. Multi-centers pooled data analysis would be performed for comparisons of R-NSM compared with C-NSM or E-NSM.

Women with recurrent or metastatic breast cancer who are hormone receptor positive are candidates for first line hormonal therapy including aromatase inhibitors. In the past few years new combination therapies became available as fulvastrant or palbociclib with letrezole; increasing the progression free survival (PFS). A retrospective study showed that combination of capecitabine with aromatase inhibitors increase PFS as 1st and 2nd line line treatment another prospective study showed the same results. The aim of our study is confirm such data by a randomized controlled trial.

Cancer therapeutics such as chemotherapy may modulate tumor/immune-system interactions in favor of the immune system. Chemotherapy can result in tumor cell death with a resultant increase in tumor antigen delivery to antigen-presenting cells. Therefore, combining immunotherapy (Nivolumab) with chemotherapy (Eribulin) is a promising anti-cancer strategy.
