Feasibility study to examine the preventative ability of massage therapy on paclitaxel induced peripheral neuropathy in breast cancer

To verify the role of apatinib in neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer, the investigators designed a prospective, randomized, parallel-controlled phase II/III trial, to investigate the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with TP (paclitaxel + cisplatin) or TP regimen alone as neoadjuvant therapy for stage II-III breast cancer treatment. 100 cases of eligible patients were diagnosed by core needle biopsy and immunohistochemistry, with the molecular subtypes of triple-negative, HER2+ or Luminal B, evaluated by pathological complete remission (pCR), objective response rate (ORR), adverse events, disease free survival (DFS) and OS, aiming at providing a new way for neoadjuvant therapy in breast cancer and anti-angiogenic treatment of malignant tumors.

This is a single-center phase Ⅱ study designed to evaluated the efficacy and safety of pegylated liposomal doxorubicin（PLD）in combination with trastuzumab in HER-2 positive metastatic breast cancer .

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of olaparib when given with hyperthermia in treating patients with breast cancer that has come back in the chest wall. Olaparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hyperthermia treatment may kill or damage tumor cells by heating them to several degrees above normal body temperature. Giving olaparib and hyperthermia treatment may work better in treating patients with breast cancer that has come back in the chest well compared to standard of care.

This is an open-label, single arm, two-stage Simon Design study for women with Triple Negative Breast Cancer treated with Nanoparticle Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel and Carboplatin. The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate of the efficacy and safety of weekly Nanoparticle Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel(Nab-P) Followed by Dose-Intensive Epirubicin in Combination with Cyclophosphamide as Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Triple Negative Breast Cancer. The primary endpoint of the study is to to assess Pathological complete response rate（pCR）using the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1).. The total number of patients to be included in this study is 60 patients. The duration of the study, from first patient visit to last patient visit will be approximately 19 months.

This trial studies how well occupational therapy (occupational therapist-led work intervention) works in facilitating work maintenance or re-entry to the workforce for stages I to III breast cancer patients who will be undergoing curative intent chemotherapy. Occupational therapy may help cancer patients maintain employment or successfully return to work soon after treatment.

This study evaluates the efficacy of vaginal CO2 laser therapy in breast cancer survivors with symptoms of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause. Half of participants will receive active laser therapy, while the other half placebo therapy.

Some studies have demonstrated the efficacy of Abraxane in treating breast cancer in both adjuvant and metastatic settings. Few data is available on Abraxane in neoadjuvant treatment for breast cancer. The aim of this project is to evaluate tailored primary systemic therapy with weekly Abraxane (125mg/m2) Combined With Q3week Xeloda (1250mg/m2) in early operable (stage of T2-4N0-3M0) breast cancer. This study will be an open label non randomized, single arm, single center study.
