Autologous Dendritic Cell Vaccine in Patients With Soft Tissue Sarcoma
SarcomaNeoplasms1 moreThe purpose of this study is to achieving a six-month progression free survival (PFS) of patients receiving autologous dendritic cell vaccine (ADKV) loaded with allogeneic tumor lysate expression of cancer-testis antigens (CTA) in patients with soft tissue sarcomas
Radiotherapy Concurrent With Apatinib in Advanced Soft Tissue and Bone Sarcomas of Head and Neck--RASS...
Soft Tissue and Bone TumorHead and Neck Cancer1 moreThis is a non-randomized, phase II, open label study of radiotherapy concurrent with Apatinib Mesylate after surgery in patients with advanced head and neck soft tissue and bone sarcomas. The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Apatinib Mesylate in patients with head and neck soft tissue and bone sarcomas.
Study of Vinorelbine and Cyclofosfamide Among Patients With Refractory Tumours or in Relapse
RhabdomyosarcomasNeoplasms5 moreThis is a phase II study to determine the antitumor activity of Vinorelbine and Cyclofosfamide association among patients with refractory tumours or in relapse with rhabdomyosarcomas and other soft tissue tumours, Ewing tumours, osteosarcomas, neuroblastomas or medulloblastomas.
Identification and Characterization of Molecular Markers in Musculoskeletal Tumors
Soft Tissue and Bone TumorsSarcoma2 moreThe aim of the study is to improve the understanding of molecular mechanisms in the development and progression of musculoskeletal tumors. These tumors do have in general unfavorable prognosis and conventional treatments (e.g. surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy) could not enhance the prognosis of these patients during the last ten to fifteen years. Therefore the investigators chose a new way, as they try to identify markers on a genetic level, who ideally act as a basis to develop new treatment options.
