Concomitant Use of Gardasil (V501) (Human Papillomavirus [Types 6, 11, 16, 18] Recombinant Vaccine)...

NeoplasmsGlandular and Epithelial4 more

Data from this study are expected to demonstrate that V501 (Human Papillomavirus (HPV) [Types 6, 11, 16, 18] Recombinant Vaccine) , when administered concomitantly with a combined diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (Tdap) vaccine and a meningococcal conjugate vaccine in adolescents remains immunogenic and well-tolerated and it does not impair the immunogenicity of the concomitant vaccines.

Intended Use Study of the BD SurePath Plus™ Pap

Uterine Cervical NeoplasmsUterine Cervical Cancer7 more

This study will provide data on the performance of the BD SurePath Plus™ Pap test for identifying high grade cervical disease. This study will be conducted with approximately 12,500 women undergoing routine cervical cancer screening, of whom women with abnormal cytology and/or positive HPV test will be selected to undergo colposcopy and biopsy/ECC. Subjects with abnormal cytology results with biopsy results of less than or equal to CIN1 or CIN2 untreated will be asked to return in 6-8 months for follow-up testing. Subjects may be asked to proceed to a longer-term follow-up study and undergo cytological evaluation annually for 3 years (separate study).

Selinexor in Patients With Advanced Thymoma and Thymic Carcinoma

ThymomaAdvanced Thymic Epithelial Tumour

The aim of the study is to determine the efficacy of selinexor in adults with TETs determined by overall response rate (RECIST 1.1) in two parallel cohorts of patients with advanced thymomas or thymic carcinomas. The study is an international, multicenter, open label phase II trial using Simons two stage design. The study population is adults with histologically confirmed, advanced, inoperable TETs who are progressing after treatment with least one platinum containing chemotherapy regimen. This study is comprised of 2 similar phase II tirals, one running in EU (25 patients) and one running in US (25 patients). There are two study arms: Arm A: Thymoma Stage 1: 15 patients Stage 2: 10 patients Arm B: Thymic carcinoma Stage 1: 15 patients Stage 2: 10 patients

Abscopal Effect of SBRT in Combination With rhGM-CSF and INF-α 2b for Metastatic Thymic Epithelial...

Thymic Epithelial Tumor

The purpose of this study is to determine whether stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) combined with recombined human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF) and Peginterferon alfa-2b is safe, effective in the treatment of patients with metastatic thymic epithelial tumors.

Efficacy and Safety of Niraparib Combined With Bevacizumab in Platinum Refractory/Resistant Recurrent...

Ovarian NeoplasmsFallopian Tube Neoplasms26 more

Niraparib is an oral, potent and highly selective PARP1/2 inhibitor. It can be used as a single drug in HRD positive ovarian cancer patients for multi-line therapy. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits tumor angiogenesis and is also recommended for the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer. Clinical studies showed that niraparib combined with bevacizumab could significantly prolong progression free survival of platinum sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer. We intend to conduct a single-arm, prospective, open-label, phase II study to observe the efficacy and safety of niraparib combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of FIGO III/IV platinum refractory/resistant ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer. The results are expected to provide more effective and precise treatment for platinum resistant recurrent/refractory ovarian cancer patients.

Anlotinib Combined With Dose-reduced Olaparib in Patients With Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian...

Ovarian CancerOvarian and Fallopian Tube Cysts and Neoplasms21 more

PARP inhibitors have changed the treatment paradigm of ovarian cancer. Most patients using PARP(poly-ADP ribose polymerase) inhibitors will suffer different grades of adverse events(AEs), followed by dose reduction. It has not been reported whether the dose-reduced olaparib as maintenance treatment have an impact on efficacy. Both PAOLA-1 and AVANOVA 2 studies showed that combined PARP inhibitors and antiangiogenic drugs have synergistic anti-tumor effect. Anlotinib is a novel multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that can inhibit VEGFR(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor), FGFR(fibroblast growth factor receptor), PDGFR(platelet-derived growth factor receptor) α/β, c-Kit, and Ret. And anlotinib has been approved as orphan drug designations for treatment of ovarian cancer by FDA in 2015. Previous studies showed that anlotinib had manageable toxicity and promising antitumor effect. Our study is expected to investigate the efficacy and safety of anlotinib combined with dose-reduced olaparib as maintenance treatment in platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer patients.

Sorafenib Combined With Transarterial Chemoembolization in Treating HBV-infected Patients With Intermediate...

PHENYTOIN/SORAFENIB [VA Drug Interaction]Liver Neoplasms12 more

Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) is widely used for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the hypoxia caused by TACE in surviving tumor cell leads to release of angiogenic and growth factors contributing to poor outcome. Sorafenib can block tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis. The hypothesis is that patients with unresectable HCC may benefit from sorafenib in combination with TACE.

neoadjuvant_thymic Epithelial Tumor

Thymic Epithelial Tumor

This is a Phase II single center, open-label, single arm study in patients with unresectable thymic epithelial tumors (Masaoka stage III, IVA). Patients will be treated with Pembrolizumab 200 mg, Docetaxel 75mg/m2, Cisplatin 75mg/m2 every 3 weeks for 3 cycles and will be evaluated for the operability. Patients with R0 resection will receive pembrolizumab 200mg for 32 cycles. Patient who had R1 resection will receive radiation 52.8Gy/24Fx with pembrolizumab 200mg for 32 cycles. Patients who had R2 resection will receive radiation 59.4Gy/27Fx with pembrolizumab 200mg for 32 cycles. Patients who showed non-progressive disease (PD) to initial neoadjuvant therapy but remained unresectable will receive radiation 59.4Gy/27Fx with 200mg for 32 cycles. Otherwise patients are off the study.
