Toripalimab in Combination With Platinum Plus Etoposidein Patients With Extensive-Stage Small Cell...

Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a phase III, multicenter, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study of platinum(Cisplatin or Carboplatin) plus etoposide with or without toripalimab as first Line therapy in patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of toriplimab in combination with platinum(Cisplatin or Carboplatin) plus etoposide in treatment naive extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Participants will receive asigned study treatment until progressive disease (PD) as assessed by the investigator using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1).

CM082 and JS001 in Patients With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This study was a one-arm, single-center, phase II clinical study. Patients who meet the enrollment criteria will receive CM082 tablets 150mg once daily (qd) orally (taken within half an hour after daily breakfast) in combination with JS001 (3mg/kg, once every 2 weeks, q2w), every 28 days a treatment cycle until the disease progresses, the toxicity is intolerable, the investigator or subject decides to withdraw, loses to follow up, starts using other anti-tumor treatments or dies.

TKI Followed by Thoracic Radiotherapy for Stage IV EGFR Mutant NSCLC

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Metastatic

In this phase II trial with single arm, we aim to investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity profile of local radiotherapy on all disease sites for EGFR-mutant oligo-metastatic NSCLC (no more than 3 metastatic lesions) who did not experience disease progression after at least 3 months of TKI therapy.

CM082 and JS001 in Patients With Advanced Small-cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)

Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study was a single-arm, multi-center, phase II study, which is aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CM082 combined with JS001 as the second-line treatment of advanced small cell lung cancer. Eligible patients will receive CM082 tablets 150mg once daily orally in combination with JS001 (240mg, intravenously) every 21 days. Treatment continues until disease progresses , intolerable toxicity, or withdraw.

CABozantinib in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Patients With MET Deregulation

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a multicenter, single arm, phase II study evaluating efficacy in terms of RR in a cohort of NSCLC with MET amplification or MET exon 14 skipping mutation pre-treated or not with MET inhibitors.

Phase 2 Study of Pyrotinib in Previously Treated Patients With NSCLC Having EGFR or ERBB2 Exon 20...

Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a Phase 2, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and the safety/tolerability of pyrotinib in previously treated NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations or HER2 exon 20 insertion mutations. Patient has had at least one prior systemic treatment for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC.

Efficacy and Safety of IBI308 and Paclitaxel/Albumin Paclitaxel for SCLC Patients Who Failed Etoposide...

Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase II trial studies how well IBI308 combined with paclitaxel/albumin-bound paclitaxel work in treating participants with small cell lung cancer after failing to platinum-etoposide chemotherapy.

NK Cell-based Immunotherapy as Maintenance Therapy for Small-Cell Lung Cancer.

Small Cell Lung Cancer

Natural killer (NK) cells can kill a broad array of tumor cells in a non-major histocompatibility complex(MHC)-restricted manner. Adoptive transfer of NK may prolong the survival of patients with cancer. This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of NK cell-based immunotherapy for small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) after first-line chemotherapy. Half of the participants will receive autologous adoptive transfer of NK cells after the response from first-line chemotherapy, while the other half will be followed up in routine clinal practice.

A Phase I Study of FCN-411 in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Chinese Patients With EGFR Positive...

Lung Cancer

This phase I trial with dose-escalation stage and dose-expansion stage is the first-in-human study of FCN-411, a drug being developed for treatment of advanced cancers. The initial purpose of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of FCN-411 monotherapy in EGFR-positive mutation non-small cell lung cancer chinese patients. The study will also provide early information on how the body handles the drug (pharmacokinetics) and on the anti-tumor activities of FCN-411.
