(SYMPHONY) Phase 1/2 Study Targeting EGFR Resistance Mechanisms in NSCLC

Lung NeoplasmsCarcinoma25 more

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and anticancer activity of BLU-945, a selective EGFR inhibitor, as monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib.

HSV G207 in Children With Recurrent or Refractory Cerebellar Brain Tumors

NeoplasmsBrain43 more

This study is a clinical trial to determine the safety of inoculating G207 (an experimental virus therapy) into a recurrent or refractory cerebellar brain tumor. The safety of combining G207 with a single low dose of radiation, designed to enhance virus replication, tumor cell killing, and an anti-tumor immune response, will also be tested. A Study of Pralsetinib Versus Standard of Care for First-Line Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell...

RET-fusion Non Small Cell Lung CancerLung Neoplasm19 more

This is an international, randomized, open-label, Phase 3 study designed to evaluate whether the potent and selective RET inhibitor, pralsetinib, improves outcomes when compared to a platinum chemotherapy-based regimen chosen by the Investigator from a list of standard of care treatments, as measured primarily by progression free survival (PFS), for participants with RET fusion-positive metastatic NSCLC who have not previously received systemic anticancer therapy for metastatic disease. Participants who have centrally confirmed progressive disease on the control arm have the option to crossover to pralsetinib.

RET-altered Non Small Cell Lung CancerMedullary Thyroid Cancer46 more

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antineoplastic activity of pralsetinib (BLU-667) administered orally in participants with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), RET-altered NSCLC and other RET-altered solid tumors.

Combination Adenovirus + Pembrolizumab to Trigger Immune Virus Effects

Brain CancerBrain Neoplasm11 more

Glioblastoma (GBM) and gliosarcoma (GS) are the most common and aggressive forms of malignant brain tumor in adults and can be resistant to conventional therapies. The purpose of this Phase II study is to evaluate how well a recurrent glioblastoma or gliosarcoma tumor responds to one injection of DNX-2401, a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus, when delivered directly into the tumor followed by the administration of intravenous pembrolizumab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor) given every 3 weeks for up to 2 years or until disease progression. Efficacy and Safety of NaviFUS System add-on Bevacizumab (BEV) in Recurrent GBM Patients

Glioblastoma MultiformeGlioblastoma5 more

This is a prospective, single-arm, two stages, open-label, pilot study to investigate the efficacy and safety of FUS add-on bevacizumab (BEV) in rGBM patients. The BEV is the best physician's choice of standard of care for rGBM after prior radiotherapy and temozolomide chemotherapy in the LinKou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Eligible patients will be enrolled through the process of informed consent.

A Combined Cell Therapy Approach to the Treatment of Neuroblastoma

NeuroblastomaNeoplasms1 more

This study adds an experimental treatment with another type of cells, called dendritic cells. It is hoped that these cells may stimulate the immune system to react against neuroblastoma in much the same way that vaccines cause the immune system to react to certain viruses and bacteria. The physicians conducting this study have observed from previous research that neuroblastoma cells can be recognized by the immune system, and that they can be destroyed by immune cells. The main goal of this study is to see if giving participants this additional anti-Neuroblastoma vaccine reduces the risk of relapse following the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant.
