Establishment of safety profile of HuMax-CD38 when given as monotherapy in participants with multiple myeloma relapsed from or refractory to at least 2 different cytoreductive therapies and without further established treatment options.

RATIONALE: Giving an infusion of donor lymphocytes may be able to kill cancer cells in patients with hematologic cancer that has come back after a donor stem cell transplant. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying how well donor lymphocyte infusion works in treating patients with recurrent or persistent hematologic cancer after donor stem cell transplant.

To evaluate the best overall response rate, safety and tolerability of carfilzomib in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.

Giving chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine and busulfan, before a donor peripheral stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It also stops the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil before and after the transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying the side effects of giving donor peripheral stem cell transplant together with fludarabine and busulfan and to see how well it works in treating patients with hematologic cancers.

This phase II trial studies how well lenalidomide works in treating patients with progressive or recurrent multiple myeloma after a donor stem cell transplant. Lenalidomide may stop the growth of multiple myeloma by blocking blood flow to the cancer. It may also stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing.

This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase Ib study to be conducted at approximately eight sites in Europe and the U.S. designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and activity of SGN-40 when combined with bortezomib in patients with multiple myeloma that is relapsed or refractory after at least one prior systemic treatment regimen.

The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of renal impairment on carfilzomib in patients with Multiple Myeloma (MM).

This is a research study intended to further investigate the safety and efficacy of plerixafor in patients with NHL, HD, or MM. This phase I trial studies how well vismodegib after stem cell transplant works in treating patients with high-risk first remission or relapsed multiple myeloma. Vismodegib may slow the growth of cancer cells. Giving vismodegib after autologous stem cell transplant may kill more multiple myeloma cells.
