IXAZOMIB Plus Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone Versus Placebo Plus Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone...

Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to provide continued access to ixazomib and/or lenalidomide to participants who are continuing to have clinical benefit and to continue collecting relevant safety data to monitor safety in participants with Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma (NDMM) who are not eligible for stem cell transplant.

Multiple MyelomaAdvanced Solid Tumors

The purpose of this study is to characterize the single-dose pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters of ixazomib (MLN9708) in cancer participants with either normal renal function or severe renal impairment (RI), including participants with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Immunotherapy With BCMA CAR-T Cells in Treating Patients With BCMA Positive Relapsed or Refractory...

Recurrent Plasma Cell MyelomaRefractory Plasma Cell Myeloma

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of BCMA CAR-T cells in treating patients with BCMA positive multiple myeloma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. T cells are a type of white blood cell and a major component of the immune system. T-cells that have been genetically modified in the laboratory express BCMA and may kill cancer cells with the protein BCMA on their surface. Giving chemotherapy before BCMA CAR-T cells may reduce the amount of disease and to cause a low lymphocyte (white blood cell) count in the blood, which may help the infused BCMA CAR-T cells survive and expand.

A Study to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability, Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity...

Relapsed/RefractoryMultiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TAK-079 monotherapy and when combined with a backbone regimen of pomalidomide and dexamethasone (PomDex) in Phase 1, and to provide a preliminary evaluation of the clinical activity of TAK-079 monotherapy in Phase 2a in participants with r/r MM.

Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the percentage of participants with a response of very good partial response (VGPR) or better to IDd treatment.

Autologous CD8+ T-cells Expressing an Anti-BCMA CAR in Patients With Myeloma

Multiple Myeloma

This Phase I/II study will test the safety and anti-myeloma activity of ascending doses of Descartes-08 (autologous CD8+ T-cells expressing an anti-BCMA chimeric antigen receptor) in eligible patients with active multiple myeloma.

Vaccination With PD-L1 Peptide Against Multiple Myeloma

Multiple Myeloma

Title: Vaccination with PD-L1 peptide with Montanide against multiple myeloma after high dose chemotherapy with stem cell support. A phase I first-in-human study. Hypothesis: In this trial the investigators assess a new immunotherapeutic strategy targeting the immune checkpoint molecule PD-L1 to investigate the potential of vaccination against PD-L1 as a possible anticancer target.

Bendamustine and Melphalan in Myeloma

Multiple Myeloma

Two high-dose chemotherapy regimens (melphalan alone versus the combination of melphalan and bendamustine) used for conditioning treatment before autologous stem cell transplantation will be compared in a 1:1 randomization in myeloma patients. The experimental arm is the bendamustine and melphalan (BenMel) combined regimen. The melphalan alone (Mel) regimen is the control (standard) treatment. Despite remarkable progress using novel agents both for induction before ASCT as well for maintenance after ASCT, definite cure in myeloma patients remains exceptional due to residual disease escaping intensive treatment. The aim of the study is to show an improvement of the rate of complete Remission 60 days after ASCT in myeloma patients from 50% with melphalan alone to 65% with the combination of bendamustine and melphalan.

A Phase II Trial If Nivolumab, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone in High Risk Smoldering Myeloma

Smoldering Multiple Myeloma

This research study is evaluating a new drug called "nivolumab" as a possible treatment for smoldering multiple myeloma in order to prevent or postpone development of active multiple myeloma. - Patients with smoldering multiple myeloma do not have symptoms but are at risk for progressing to active multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cell, which is an important part of the immune system. Patients with active multiple myeloma generally require treatment.
