A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Pomalidomide Capsules Combined With Low-Dose Dexamethasone...
Multiple MyelomaRecurrent or RefractoryThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of permadomide capsules developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.
Alternating Ixazomib Citrate and Lenalidomide as Maintenance Therapy After Stem Cell Transplant...
Plasma Cell MyelomaTransplant-Related CarcinomaThis phase II trial studies the safety of alternating ixazomib citrate and lenalidomide as treatment to help keep cancer from coming back after stem cell transplant (maintenance therapy) in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Ixazomib citrate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Lenalidomide may stimulate the immune system to attack cancer cells. Giving ixazomib citrate and lenalidomide as maintenance therapy after transplant may prolong the length of time until the cancer returns.
Pomalidomide in Relapsed and Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM)
Multiple MyelomaThis study is determining whether the addition of cyclophosphamide to pomalidomide and dexamethasone improves progression free survival in patients with relapsed refractory myeloma (RRMM) compare to pomalidomide and dexamethasone alone. Patients will be randomised on a 1:1 basis to receive CPD or Pd. Treatment will be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Ixazomib, Cyclophosphamide and Dexamethasone for Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaThe goal of this proposal is to develop a more effective and better tolerated regimen. Ixazomib appears to have greater activity than bortezomib with less peripheral neuropathy.
A Study of Combination of Daratumumab and Velcade (Bortezomib) Melphalan-Prednisone (DVMP) Compared...
Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to determine if the addition of daratumumab to velcade (bortezomib) melphalan-prednisone (VMP) will prolong progression-free survival (PFS) compared with VMP alone in participants with previously untreated multiple myeloma who are ineligible for high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
Dose Escalation Trial of WT1-specific Donor-derived T Cells Following T-Cell Depleted Allogeneic...
Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to test the safety of specialized white cells from the donor at different doses. They are called WT1 sensitized T cells. They have been grown in the lab and are immunized against a protein. The protein is called the Wilms' tumor protein, or WT1. The multiple myeloma cells make and express this protein". The investigators want to learn whether the WT1 sensitized T cells will attach to the protein and kill the myeloma cells. The investigators want to find out what effects, good and/or bad, it has on the patient and multiple myeloma.
A Study of Carfilzomib, Lenalidomide, Vorinostat, and Dexamethasone in Relapsed and/or Refractory...
Multiple MyelomaThis study will evaluate the feasibility of combining four of the most active agents available for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Further the investigators will attempt to assess the activity of this combination.
Evaluation of the Safety and the Efficacy of Carfilzomib Combined With Cyclophosphamide and Dexamethasone...
MULTIPLE MYELOMA (MM)This study will evaluate the safety and the efficacy of carfilzomib combined with cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone (CCyd) or lenalidomide and dexamethasone (CRd) followed by autologous transplantation ASCT or 12 cycles of carfilzomib combined with dexamethasone and lenalidomide for patients eligible for ASCT with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. As a secondary endpoint this study will evaluate the best maintenance treatment between lenalidomide and lenalidomide combined with carfilzomib. Four hundred seventy-seven patients, males and females aged > 18 years, enrolled in several sites, will take part in this study. The duration of the study is approximately 5 years.
Carfilzomib In Combination With Bendamustine And Dexamethasone In Refractory Or Relapsed Multiple...
Multiple MyelomaOpen-label phase Ib/II, multicenter, international non-comparative trial. This study is designed to determine the safety and efficacy of the novel salvage regimen (CBd) followed by a carfilzomib maintenance in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Patients will be evaluated at scheduled visits in up to 4 study periods: pretreatment, treatment, maintenance and long-term follow-up (LTFU).
Study of Bortezomib,Lenalidomide,Dexamethasone & Elotuzumab in Newly Diagnosed MM
Multiple MyelomaThis research study is evaluating a combination of four drugs -- lenalidomide, bortezomib, dexamethasone and elotuzumab -- as therapy for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.
