Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) Radionuclide Therapy

Prostate Cancer

This study is a single-center registry study collecting clinical data regarding the treatment of PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer treated with PSMA radionuclide therapy per the treating physician's discretion. Clinical data from candidates for or who undergo the PSMA procedure at Methodist Dallas Medical Center from August 2022 to August 2027 will be collected after discharge and patients will undergo clinical follow-up per the treating physician's discretion.

The Performance of MRI Prostate in Men With Different Prostate Health Index (Phi) Values

Prostate Cancer

This study is to investigate, in a larger cohort of consecutive men, the proportion of abnormal MRI prostate in different phi ranges, and the cancer detected in Chinese men with abnormal MRI. This study aims to evaluate whether MRI prostate can be omitted in men with lower suspicion of prostate cancer.

Magnetic Resonance Whole Body Diffusion-Weighted Imaging in Finding Bone or Lymph Node Metastasis...

Prostate Carcinoma

This trial studies how well magnetic resonance whole body diffusion-weighted imaging works in finding cancer that has spread to the bone or lymph nodes (metastasis) in participants with high-risk prostate cancer. Diagnostic procedures, such as magnetic resonance whole body diffusion-weighted imaging (a method to show how water moves in a certain area) may help find bone or lymph nodes metastasis.

Prostate AdenocarcinomaPSA Progression1 more

This phase II trial studies how well gallium Ga 68 DOTA-NeoBOMB1 and gallium Ga 68 PSMA-R2 positron emission tomography (PET)/magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) work in diagnosing participants with prostate cancer that has come back. Diagnostic procedures, such as gallium Ga 68 DOTA-NeoBOMB1 and gallium Ga 68 PSMA-R2 PET/MRI, may help find and diagnose prostate cancer and find out how far the disease has spread.

Multicenter Randomized Trial of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT Based SRT After Radical Prostatectomy

Recurrent Prostate Carcinoma

This phase III trial studies how well Gallium Ga 68-labeled PSMA-11 (68Ga-PSMA-11) positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) works in diagnosing participants with prostate cancer that has come back after surgery. 68Ga-PSMA-11 are taken up by cancer cells. Diagnostic procedures, such as PET/CT scans, may help find and diagnose prostate cancer and find out how far the disease has spread. Giving 68Ga-PSMA-11 with PET/CT may help doctors plan better for salvage radiation therapy in participants with recurrent prostate cancer.

Profiling of Radiological Factors in Treatment and Outcomes in Prostate Cancer

Prostatic CancerProstatic Neoplams3 more

Background: Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers for men in the U.S. There are some new ways to take pictures of the cancer. There are also new ways to use image-guided biopsy and therapy. These could help manage prostate cancer. Researchers want to study how imaging can provide a profile of prostate cancer. They want to collect data to make diagnosis and treatments better. Objectives: To gather data about the radiological and clinical course of prostate cancer. To study imaging-based biomarkers of prostate cancer. Eligibility: Men ages 18 and older with diagnosed or suspected prostate cancer Design: Participants will give permission for researchers to use their medical history and records. Their data will be reviewed, collected, and analyzed. These include results of their tests and scans. Sponsoring Institution: National Cancer Institute

Micro-Ultrasound for the Detection and Localization of Prostate Cancer Tumors in Patients Undergoing...

Prostate Carcinoma

This trial studies the ability of micro-ultrasound to detect and characterize prostate cancer tumors in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy (removal of the entire prostate and some of the tissue around it). Usually multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging is used for the detection and targeted therapy of prostate cancer, but its accuracy remains imperfect. Micro-ultrasound may be superior as it provides real-time tumor visualization which may simplify and improve prostate cancer targeted therapy. This may also reduce the need for and substantial costs of radical prostatectomy.
