A Study to testABI-009 in Patients With Metastatic, Unresectable, Low or Intermediate Grade Neuroendocrine...
Neuroendocrine TumorsThe purpose of this study is to determine whether ABI-009 will make advanced, malignant neuroendocrine tumor(s) of the lung, gastrointestinal tract and/or pancreas that cannot be removed by surgery smaller and slow the spread of your cancer in patients who have progressed or been intolerant to everolimus. All eligible participants will receive ABI-009, the study drug.

Necitumumab in the Neoadjuvant Setting With Gemcitabine in Surgically Resectable - 14X-US-I001
Squamous Cell Lung CancerThis will be a single-arm study to primarily evaluate the feasibility of administering necitumumab added to gemcitabine and cisplatin as neoadjuvant treatment in treatment-naïve patients with stage IB (tumor size >4cm), II or IIIA squamous NSCLC. Feasibility will be assessed by the proportion of patients able to proceed to surgery after administering necitumumab in the neoadjuvant setting. These patients would otherwise be offered standard adjuvant chemotherapy (without necitumumab) for squamous cell lung cancer. Determination of surgical resectability will be reviewed at a multidisciplinary thoracic tumor board, attended by surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, and pathology.

A Study of Nivolumab +/- Nab-paclitaxel in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer MetastaticNon-Small Cell Carcinoma of Lung3 moreThe optimal prioritization of second-line chemotherapy and immune therapy based on demographic or biomarker data is an area of ongoing investigation. The hypothesis of this study is that there may be an additive or synergistic antitumor effect of combined chemotherapy and nivolumab in the second-line treatment of NSCLC as an important concept to test in a clinical trial. Previously treated NSCLC remains a setting of unmet clinical need despite recent clinical research progress. Early progression for a subset of NSCLC patients receiving nivolumab is a specific area of clinical need.

Pembrolizumab vs Topotecan in Patients With Small Cell Lung Cancer
Small Cell Lung CancerThis is a multi-institutional, randomized, open-label phase II study of pembrolizumab compared to topotecan, administered to patients with SCLC who have progressed or relapsed after first-line treatment with etoposide and platinum. Patients will be randomized in a 2:1 fashion to receive pembrolizumab or topotecan. Participants in the topotecan arm that progress will be allowed to cross-over to the pembrolizumab arm.

Phase I/II Study of Lenalidomide Plus Pembrolizumab in Patients With Solid Tumors With Expansion...
Relapsed or Refractory Solid TumorsNonsmall Cell Lung CancerFor the phase I component of the trial a classic 3 + 3 dose escalation design will be utilized, with a fixed dose of pembrolizumab and an escalating dose of the lenalidomide. The patient population will all have histologically confirmed advanced solid tumor malignancy. The primary endpoint for the phase I component of this protocol will be determining the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of lenalidomide in combination with pembrolizumab. The phase II component of this trial will utilize a two stage design, initially enrolling 13 patients, followed by 13 more patients if the early stopping criteria are not met. The target population will include patients with histologically confirmed diagnoses of non-small cell lung carcinoma, regardless of histologic subtype; who have completed one line of standard therapy. The primary endpoint for the phase II component of this protocol will be determining efficacy as measured by progression free survival (PFS)

A Study of ASP8273 in Subjects With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Harboring Epidermal Growth...
Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) MutationsThe objective of this study is to evaluate the bioequivalence of a tablet formulation versus a capsule formulation of ASP8273 following a single dose under fasted condition in subjects with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations. The study will also evaluate the safety and tolerability of a tablet formulation as a single dose and a capsule formulation as a single and multiple dose of ASP8273 in subjects with NSCLC harboring EGFR mutations.

Phase Ib/II Study of M3814 With Etoposide and Cisplatin in Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Extensive...
Small Cell Lung CancerM3814 is an investigational drug under evaluation for treatment of lung cancer. The purpose of the study was to assess the Safety and Efficacy of M3814 in combination with chemotherapy with SCLC ED.

A Study Investigating the Outcomes and Safety of Atezolizumab Under Real-World Conditions in Patients...
Urothelial CarcinomaNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer2 moreThis is a non-interventional, multi-country, multi-centre, multiple cohort prospective study, with retrospective collection of prior medical/treatment history data from medical records, designed to assess the real-world outcomes and safety of atezolizumab for indications in the existing label in the real world setting of routine clinical practice.

Oral Decitabine and Tetrahydrouridine as Epigenetic Priming for Pembrolizumab-Mediated Immune Checkpoint...
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung5 moreBackground: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. Most people with lung cancer are already in the advanced stages of the disease by the time they see a doctor. Researchers want to see if combining an approved drug with two new drugs can help. Objective: To study if tetrahydrouridine-decitabine (THU-DAC) with pembrolizumab is safe and effective in people with non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Eligibility: People 18 years and older who have NSCLC that cannot be removed by surgery Design: Participants will be screened with Medical history Physical exam Blood and urine tests Tests of heart and lung function They may have a small tumor sample taken (biopsy). They may have tumor scans. Before starting treatment, participants will repeat the screening tests. They will also give a stool sample. The study will be done in 3-week cycles for up to 6 cycles. Participants will take the 2 study drugs by mouth 3-5 days a week. Participants will get pembrolizumab in a vein for 30 minutes 1 day each cycle. Participants will keep a study medication diary. During cycle 1, participants will have blood taken multiple times on days 1 and 2. Every 3 cycles, participants will repeat screening tests. Participants will have a mandatory tumor biopsy. When they finish treatment, participants will have a physical exam and blood tests.

APG-1252 in Patients With SCLC or Advanced Solid Tumors
Small Cell Lung Cancer and Other Solid TumorsAPG-1252 is a highly potent Bcl-2 family protein inhibitor, a promising drug candidate which shown high binding affinities to Bcl-2, Bcl-xL and Bcl-w. The preclinical studies have shown that APG-1252 alone achieves complete and persistent tumor regression in multiple tumor xenograft models with a twice weekly or weekly dose-schedule, including SCLC, colon, breast and ALL cancer xenografts; achieves strong synergy with the chemotherapeutic agents, indicating that APG-1252 may have a broad therapeutic potential for the treatment of human cancer as a single agent and in combination with other classes of anticancer drugs. APG-1252 is intended for the treatment of patients with SCLC or other solid tumors. Upon completion of the Phase 1 dose escalation study to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), several phase Ib/II studies will be implemented accordingly.
