FLT3 Ligand, CD40 Agonist Antibody, and Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Non Small Cell Lung CancerLung CancerThe purpose of this study is to test a new way of treating the most common form of lung cancer. The investigators are testing a combination of radiotherapy with two new forms of immunotherapy. This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of this treatment approach as compared to standard treatment options.

A Safety Study of Oral Venetoclax in Combination With Intravenous Pembrolizumab in Adult Participants...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerCancerNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. It is the most common form of lung cancer, accounting for around 85% of lung cancers. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (how well the study drug works against the disease) of venetoclax in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with NSCLC. Venetoclax is a drug that kills cancer cells by blocking a protein (part of a cell) that allows cancer cells to stay alive. Pembrolizumab is approved drug for the treatment of NSCLC. It works with your immune system to help fight certain cancers. The study is split into two portions - dose escalation and randomization. Participants are assigned one of the three treatment groups to receive pembrolizumab alone or in combination with venetoclax. Each group receives a different treatment. Participants who are at least 18 years of age with a diagnosis of NSCLC will be enrolled. Around 100 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 44 sites across United States. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) infusion of pembrolizumab alone or in combination with oral venetoclax tablets. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

TiTAN-1: Safety, Proliferation and Persistence of GEN-011 Autologous Cell Therapy
MelanomaNon-small Cell Lung Cancer7 moreTiTAN-1 is a first-in-human study of GEN-011, an experimental treatment being evaluated in adult patients with advanced cancer. GEN-011 is a T cell therapy made specific to each patient, using the patient's own circulating immune cells. First, Genocea confirms which cancer proteins are recognized already by each patient's T cells using ATLAS™. Then, immune cells that recognize these cancer proteins are multiplied many times (a process called PLANET™) to create a personalized GEN-011 cell therapy, which is given back to the patient in one or more intravenous (IV) infusions.

Lung Perfusion PET / CT Using Ga68-MAA for Preservation of Lung Function During Stereotactic Pulmonary...
SBRTNon-small Cell Lung Cancer1 moreThis is a prospective study evaluating the feasibility of treatment planning integrating lung perfusion PET/CT using Ga68-MAA to preserve functional lung areas during stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).

Sirolimus and Durvalumab for the Treatment of Stage I-IIIA Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaStage I Lung Cancer AJCC v88 moreThis trial studies the side effects of sirolimus and durvalumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage I-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. Sirolimus is an oral medication that blocks the mTOR cellular pathway which may help the immune system work better. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sirolimus before durvalumab may help the immune system get rid of cancer.

A Study Evaluating The Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, And Efficacy Of Venetoclax In Combination...
Small Cell Lung CancerA study consisting of a dose-escalation phase and a dose-expansion phase to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of venetoclax in combination with atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide.

Bintrafusp Alfa Before Surgery for the Treatment of Untreated Resectable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer...
Resectable Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaStage I Lung Cancer AJCC v89 moreThis phase II trial studies how well bintrafusp alfa before surgery works in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (untreated) and that can be removed by surgery (resectable). Immunotherapy with bintrafusp alfa may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving bintrafusp alfa before surgery may help lower the risk of the cancer coming back after surgery.

The START Study Observes Afatinib as First-line Treatment and Sequential Therapy in Patients With...
Non-squamousNon-Small Cell Lung CancerThis study aims to observe the sequential strategy with afatinib as first-line treatment and to find the optimal treatment strategy for long-term chemotherapy-free regimens in Chinese patients with EGFR-mutated advanced NSCLC. Furthermore, this study can also assess the effectiveness and safety of afatinib as first-line treatment.

Feasibility and Safety Study of Nivolumab With Irinotecan for Small Cell Lung Cancer
Small-cell Lung CancerSmall Cell Lung CarcinomaThis study will determine the frequency of adverse events (side effects) in patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC) when given nivolumab and irinotecan together followed by nivolumab maintenance. This study will test the safety of the study treatments when given together and see what effect (good or bad) it has on participants and their cancer.

Prospective Clinicogenomic Program
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)Small-Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of a scalable, prospective research program for participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (mNSCLC) or extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) planning to start standard-of-care (SOC) systemic anti-cancer treatment. The study will also examine ctDNA status over the course of treatment as a predictor of response to therapy.
