This study is for patients who are not able to get surgery or chemotherapy with their radiation. The way of doing radiation therapy in this trial is called hypofractionated radiation therapy which is a standard approach, but this study allows the actual tumor to get an extra radiation dose while still protecting the organs that are near the tumor.

Lung CancerNSCLC3 moreIn the FIND trial, Non Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC) patients with Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR) genetic alteration will be treated with the selective FGFR1-4 inhibitor erdafitinib. Archival samples, fresh frozen tumor samples and blood for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) will be collected before treatment. Patients will be treated until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. In case of progression, fresh frozen tumor biopsies and ctDNA analyses will be performed to assess resistance mechanisms. The primary objective of the trial is to analyze the efficacy of erdafitinib in NSCLC patients with FGFR genetic alterations. NSCLC patient number will be based on a statistical hypothesis aiming at increasing the response rate comparing to chemotherapy/immunotherapy after standard treatment.

T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. The T cells given in this study will come from the patient and will have a new gene put in them that makes them able to recognize MAGE-A1, a protein on the surface of tumor cells. These MAGE-A1-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill MAGE-A1 tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving FH-MagIC TCR-T cells with atezolizumab may help treat patients with triple negative breast cancer, urothelial cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer.
