Pembrolizumab in Combination With Platinum-Based Chemotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)...

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Investigators hypothesize that addition of pembrolizumab will enhance the efficacy of carboplatin and pemetrexed in patients with EGFR-mutation-positive NSCLC, or patients with other genetic alterations, and who have disease progression following appropriate targeted therapies.

Neoplasm

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate objective response rate (ORR) as per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 of erdafitinib in a molecularly-defined subset of Asian participants with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), urothelial cancer, esophageal cancer and cholangiocarcinoma.

Icotinib as Adjuvant Therapy Compared With Standard Chemotherapy in Stage II-IIIA NSCLC With EGFR-mutation...

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Adjuvant therapy has been proved effective in treating earlier stage or less advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy of icotinib as adjuvant therapy in treating stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer patients with EGFR mutation. The primary endpoint is disease-free survival.

Stage IB-IIIA Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma

To assess the efficacy and safety of AZD9291 versus Placebo, in patients with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Mutation Positive stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung carcinoma, following complete tumour resection with or without adjuvant chemotherapy

Lung CancerTargeted Therapy

Phase II, single-arm study to assess the safety and efficacy of AZD9291 (80 mg, orally, once daily) in second-line (or later) patients with EGFR mutation-positive, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC, who have progressed following treatment with an approved epidermal growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitor agent.

U3-1402 in Metastatic or Unresectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This study is designed to evaluate safety and antitumor activity of U3-1402 in two parts: Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion. In Dose Escalation, U3-1402 will be evaluated in participants with metastatic or unresectable NSCLC with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) activating mutation after disease progression during/after EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy. In Dose Expansion, U3-1402 will be evaluated in participants with metastatic or unresectable NSCLC with EGFR activating mutation or squamous or non-squamous NSCLC (ie, without EGFR-activating mutations) with disease progression during/after systemic treatment for locally advanced or metastatic disease.

SBRT and Oncolytic Virus Therapy Before Pembrolizumab for Metastatic TNBC and NSCLC

Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung CancerMetastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer

This is a Phase II trial to determine the efficacy and safety of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and in situ oncolytic virus therapy used as a window of opportunity treatment before pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In situ oncolytic virus therapy will consist of adenovirus-mediated expression of herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (ADV/HSV-tk) plus valacyclovir therapy.

A Study to Evaluate Safety, PK and Efficacy of HS-10296 in Patients With NSCLC

Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study of HS-10296 with dose escalation, dose expansion and extension cohorts in locally advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who have progressed following prior therapy with an epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) agent. The study is designed to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-tumor activity of once-daily and orally (PO) administered HS-10296. The overall study design is shown in the flow chart below, which consists of 3 phases: dose escalation, dose expansion and extension cohort.

Danvatirsen and Durvalumab in Treating Patients With Advanced and Refractory Pancreatic, Non-Small...

Advanced Colorectal CarcinomaAdvanced Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma23 more

This phase II trial studies how well danvatirsen and durvalumab work in treating patients with pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and mismatch repair deficient colorectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body and does not respond to treatment. Danvatirsen may be used to block the production of proteins needed for tumor cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving danvatirsen and durvalumab may work better at treating pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and mismatch repair deficient colorectal cancer.

Pembrolizumab After Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Pleural Malignant Mesothelioma

Pleural Malignant Mesothelioma

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best way to give pembrolizumab after radiation therapy in treating patients with pleural malignant mesothelioma. Radiation therapy uses high energy radiation to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving pembrolizumab after radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells.
