EfficacySafety1 moreThe present study evaluate the safety and efficacy of EUS-guided ethanol-lipiodol ablation for the treatment of pancreatic NET
Dose-Escalation Study of TH-302 in Combination With Sunitinib to Treat Patients With Advanced Renal...
Advanced Renal Cell CarcinomaGastrointestinal Stromal Tumors1 moreThe primary objectives are: Dose escalation: 1. To determine the MTD and DLT(s) of TH-302 when used in combination with sunitinib. Dose expansion: To make a preliminary assessment of the efficacy of TH-302 in combination with sunitinib as determined by the response rate and the progression-free survival in subjects with advanced RCC treated at the RP2D To assess the safety of TH-302 in combination with sunitinib and determine a recommended Phase 2 dose of the combination. The secondary objectives are: Dose expansion: 1. To make a preliminary assessment of the efficacy of TH-302 in combination with sunitinib as determined by stable disease or better rate, duration of response and overall survival in subjects with advanced RCC treated at the RP2D. The exploratory objective is: 1. To explore the association of serum hypoxia biomarkers with efficacy endpoints.
Sandostatin LAR and Axitinib vs Pbo in Pnts With Advanced Well-differentiated Non-pancreatic Neuroendocrine...
Neuroendocrine TumorsAdvanced CancerAssess whether therapy with axitinib, a potent angiogenic inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase receptors of VEGF bioavailable by oral administration, is capable of improving PFS in patients with advanced G1-G2 NETs of nonpancreatic origin with progressive disease documented in the 12 months prior to entering the study.
Bevacizumab Plus Somatostatin Analogue and Metronomic Capecitabine in Patients With Advanced Neuroendocrine...
Neuroendocrine CarcinomasWell differentiated neuroendocrine (NE) carcinomas have low proliferative activity and conventional chemotherapy is not recommended. Metronomic chemotherapy, i.e. the frequent administration of cytotoxic drugs at low doses, has demonstrated antiangiogenetic properties. Since well differentiated NE carcinomas are highly vascular, there is a rationale for testing metronomic chemotherapy and antiangiogenetic drugs. This is a national, multicenter, phase II study.
Perfusion CT as a Predictor of Treatment Response in Patients With Hepatic Malignancies
Neuroendocrine TumorsBrain (Nervous System) Cancers5 moreA research study of liver perfusion (how blood flows to the liver over time). We hope to learn whether perfusion characteristics of liver masses may be predictive of response to treatment and whether liver perfusion characteristics can be used to follow response to treatment.
The MetNET-2 Trial
Neuroendocrine TumorsThis is a Pilot, One-arm, Open-label, Prospective Study to evaluate Safety of Lanreotide 120 mg ATG in combination with Metformin in patients with advanced progressive GI or lung carcinoids. The patient population will include patients with a histologically documented diagnosis of Well differentiated NET, G1-G2 according to the last WHO Classification criteria for GI and lung NET carcinoids.
Recombinant Anti-tumor and Anti-virus Protein for Injection to Treat Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors...
Neuroendocrine TumorsThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant anti-tumor and anti-virus protein for injection in treating patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors who have failed standard treatment or are unable to receive standard treatment.
