Vaccine Therapy and Sargramostim Compared With Placebo and Sargramostim Following Rituximab in Treating...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Vaccines made from a person's cancer cells may make the body build an immune response to kill cancer cells. Colony-stimulating factors such as GM-CSF increase the number of immune cells found in bone marrow and peripheral blood. It is not yet known whether combining rituximab and GM-CSF with vaccine therapy may cause a stronger immune response and kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying giving rituximab and GM-CSF together with vaccine therapy and comparing it to giving rituximab and GM-CSF alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed, relapsed, or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Cyclophosphamide and Alemtuzumab In Lymphoma
Non Hodgkin LymphomaHigh-grade B-cell Lymphoma1 moreThis research study is studying a combination of chemotherapy drugs as a possible treatment for aggressive lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatment. The names of the study interventions involved in this study are: Cyclophosphamide Alemtuzumab
Long Term Follow-up Study for Patients Enrolled on the BP-004 Clinical Study
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaLeukemia15 moreThis is a long-term follow up study evaluating the safety of BPX-501 T cells (rivogenlecleucel) and infused in pediatric patients previously enrolled on the BP-004 study.
A Study of Venetoclax and AMG 176 in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Hematologic Malignancies...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaNon-Hodgkin's Lymphoma1 moreThis dose-escalation study evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of venetoclax in combination with AMG 176 in participants with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and participants with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)/diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This study will include a dose escalation phase to identify the maximum tolerated dose/recommended phase 2 dose (MTD/RPTD) of venetoclax plus AMG 176 as well as a dose expansion phase to confirm safety, explore efficacy, and confirm the suitability of the preliminary RPTD.

Lymphomas Non-Hodgkin's B-CellThis is a non-randomized, single arm, open-label, single institution, phase I study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ET190L1 ARTEMIS™ T cells in patients ≥ 18 years of age with relapsed or refractory CD19+ Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Phase 2 Study of AT13387 (Onalespib) in ALK+ ALCL, MCL, and BCL-6+ DLBCL
Recurrent Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma6 moreThis phase II trial studies how well onalespib works in treating patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) or that has returned after a period of improvement (recurrent). Onalespib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
