Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of WX-0593 vs. crizotinib in patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer who had not received prior systemic therapy

A Study to Evaluate SHR-1210 in Combination With Famitinib Plus Chemotherapy in Subjects With NSCLC....
Non-squamous Non-small-cell Lung CancerThe study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR-1210 in combination with Famitinib plus chemotherapy in subjects with NSCLC.

A Trial of Anlotinib Combined With Docetaxel in EGFR Mutations Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerAnlotinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor in domestic research and development. It can inhibit angiogenesis-related kinases, such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR and tumor cell proliferation related kinase c-Kit kinase. In the Phase III study, patients who failed at least two systemic chemotherapy (third-line or above) or were intolerant of the drugs were treated with anlotinib or placebo. The PFS and OS in the anlotinib group were 5.37 months and 9.63 months, respectively. The placebo group PFS and OS were 1.4 months and 6.3 months. Therefore, it is envisaged to use anlotinib combined with docetaxel to treat EGFR mutations advanced non small cell lung cancer to further improve the patient's PFS or OS.

The Efficacy and Safety of Antinib Hydrochloride Combined With Sindilumab in Advanced NSCLC Patients...
NSCLCThe combination of immunocheckpoint inhibitors and anti-angiogenesis therapy has synergistic anti-tumor effect and is a reasonable method to improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore, in this study, it is hoped that antinib hydrochloride combined with Sinidilizumab can overcome immunotherapy resistance, improve the efficacy of immunotherapy, and further improve the survival of patients, so as to provide more clinical evidence for the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients with negative driver gene after first-line treatment with anti-PD-1 antibody.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety of Concurrent Durvalumab With CRT Followed by Durvalumab for Chinese...
Unresectable Stage III NSCLCThis is a prospective, multi-center, single arm study assessing the efficacy and safety of durvalumab given concurrently with platinum-based CRT (durvalumab + SoC CRT) in patients with locally advanced, unresectable NSCLC (Stage III).

Tislelizumab as Cross-line Treatment for Advanced NSCLC
Advanced Non-small-cell Lung CancerThis study is a single-arm, prospective, open phase II clinical study, exploring the efficacy and safety for advanced non-small cell lung cancer after progression of first-line Tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy and continuing Tislelizumab in combination with docetaxel. The primary study endpoint of this study is measured by progression-free survival (PFS). Tislelizumab: The recommended dose is 200 mg/dose administered every three weeks on the first day of each cycle. Docetaxel: 60-75 mg/m2 every 3 weeks, administered on day 1 of each cycle. Treatment cycle: Tislelizumab in combination with docetaxel until the development of PD, unacceptable toxicities, withdrawal of informed consent, end of study, lost to follow-up, or death, whichever occurs first.

Head and Neck CancerMelanoma7 moreThe purpose of this study is to obtain archived tumor tissue or pre-existing antigen expression data from patients with Head and Neck, Cervical, Melanoma and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers to assess antigen expression and patient suitability for a Repertoire Immune Medicines Treatment Protocol.

A Trial of SHR1701 Combined With Radiotherapy for Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Failure...
Non-Small-Cell Lung CancerThis study is a single center, single arm, open study design. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the tolerance and efficacy of SHR1701 with synchronous radiotherapy in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have failed after systematic treatment. Large fraction radiotherapy is given to all lesions as much as possible, and low-dose radiotherapy is given to the lesions that cannot be tolerated or have no obvious benefit.
