To Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of SCT510 in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Non-squamous Cell Non-small Cell Lung CancerTo evaluate the safety, efficacy and immunogenicity of SCT510 combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin compared with bevacizumab combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin in the first-line treatment of locally advanced metastatic or recurrent squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer.

Atezolizumab Versus Atezolizumab Plus Bevacizumab as First Line in NSCLC Patients (BEAT)
Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Patientsphase II controlled randomized study comparing atezolizumab as single agent to the combination of atezolizumab and bevacizumab in patients with chemonaive metastatic NSCLC with PD-L1 expression. All NSCLC patients with tumor tissue available for biomarker assessment and candidate for first-line therapy are considered eligible for the study. After evaluation of all inclusion and exclusion criteria and after informed consent signature all eligible patients will be randomized to atezolizumab (Arm A) or to the combination of atezolizumab and bevacizumab (Arm B). Disease assessment will be performed every 6 weeks.

Safety and Efficacy of Genolimzumab (GB226) in Combination With Fruquintinib
Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung CancerThis study is a multi-center, open-label, dose-finding phase Ib clinical study with extension phase, which is aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of GB226 combined with fruquintinib in treatment of relapsed or metastatic NSCLC patients with EGFR-sensitive mutations who have failed to respond to EGFR-TKI treatment, evaluating the pharmacokinetic characteristics of GB226 and fruquintinib, and the immunogenicity of GB226, and preliminarily evaluating the antitumor activity of GB226 and fruquintinib.

Consolidation Sintilimab After Concurrent Chemoradiation in Patients With Unresectable Stage III...
CarcinomaNon-Small Cell LungThis is an open label, multi-center, randomized, control phase III trial, to compare the efficacy and safety of consolidation therapy with sintilimab (IBI308) versus best supported care (BSC), in unresectable stage III NSCLC patients who do not experience disease progression after initial concurrent chemoradiation.

Study of TQB2450 Combined With Anlotinib in Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC)...
Non-small Cell Lung CancerTQB2450 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1), which prevents PD-L1 from binding to PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cell surface, restores T cell activity, thus enhancing immune response and has potential to treat various types of tumors.

Study of the Decrease of Length of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy in Lung Cancer
Stage IA - IB Non Small Cell Lung CancerPurpose : Non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is among the most common cancers in the werstern world. Patients with stage I have the most satisfactory outcomes. The gold standard for treatment is still surgery, but this approach has recently been challenged by hypofractionnated stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). Therefore, for patients who are not eligible for surgery due to their significant co-morbidity, or for those who refuse surgical resection, stereotactic radiotherapy is an efficient practical alternative. SBRT is well tolerated and efficient, in fact local control rate at 3 years reaches more than 90%. Most of guidelines recommand a dose between 48 and 60 Gy delivered in 3 at 8 fractions and 3 weeks. Biological effect depends on the dose distribution in time and decreases when the number of fractions or length of radiation treatment increase. Decreasing the length of treatment and the interval between fractions may improve efficiency of treatment and local control rate. Moreover, it may improve quality of life of patients. Nevertheless, an evaluation of safety of such shorter treatment course, with a phase I-II clinical study is needed.

Lung CancerNon-Small Cell2 moreA Phase 1/2, Open-Label Study of ADXS-503 Alone and in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Subjects with Metastatic Squamous or Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of FAK (Defactinib) and PD-1 (Pembrolizumab) Inhibition in Advanced Solid Malignancies (FAK-PD1)...
CarcinomaNon-small-cell Lung2 moreThis study will explore whether defactinib (a FAK inhibitor) can be safely and tolerably combined with pembrolizumab (a PD-1 inhibitor) and will look for early indications of improved anticancer immunotherapy. It will focus on three key cancers, all in clear need of improved therapies - NSCLC, pancreatic cancer and mesothelioma.
