The relation between obesity and stroke recurrence is still under debate. In this study it has been sought whether baseline obesity is associated with recurrent stroke and major cardiovascular events in a long-time period.

Obesity is a big health problem worldwide. Mostly obese people have food addiction and bad eating habits. Bariatric surgery is a good alternative for patients who failed to loose weight with other measures like behavioral changes, activities and sports, diet, etc.. The investigators know the changes occurred after surgery in eating habits due to restrictive and malabsorptive feature of the surgery performed. There is no study in the literature to measure these changes. The investigators will try to detect these kind of behavioral changes by a survey before and after surgery.

The purpose is to determine the economic, clinical and quality of life outcomes of bariatric surgery and describe the consequences of protracted wait-times (~ 2 years) for this procedure.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an association between migraine in children and certain patterns of appetite or eating behaviour that may lead to later obesity.

This study is conducting preliminary testing to find out whether a particular educational program can alter parental overcontrol of their children's eating. There is evidence from previous studies that children who are irritable, cry a lot, tend to be overcontrolled and are at high risk for developing overweight. If the education program can change parental behavior the next study would examine whether this affects children's weight over a longer period of time.
