The purpose of this study is to compare the incremental dosing of travoprost ophthalmic solution versus once a day dosing of TRAVATAN® in lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT).

To demonstrate the statistical non inferiority of the combination of latanoprost and timolol given in the evening time once a day vs the combination of dorzamalide and timolol twice a day based on intraocular pressure measurements at 8 AM, 12 noon & 4 PM during a 12 week treatment.

This study will examine the visual outcomes of subjects undergoing cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery with the implantation of a trifocal intraocular lens.

Bleb failure is reduced with Punch trabeculectomy procedure. Wide sclerostomy during surgery is wanted but controllable. This can be done with single securing suture, releasable sutures and topical intraoperative mitomycin-c. Average IOP without fluctuation (risk factor) can protect the optic nerve.

TJO-002 or Acitve Control was administered on primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension patients for 12 weeks. This clinical trial study has hypothesize TJO-002 administration groups are not inferior to Active control administration groups.

The purpose of this study was to describe the ocular discomfort immediately upon instillation of Brinzolamide 1%/Brimonidine 0.2% Tartrate Ophthalmic Suspension, Brinzolamide 1% Ophthalmic Suspension, and Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2% Ophthalmic Solution in subjects with open-angle glaucoma and/or ocular hypertension.
