This is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, global Phase 3 study to assess the efficacy and safety of monalizumab and cetuximab, compared to placebo and cetuximab, in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab combined with carboplatin and paclitaxel as first line treatment in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC). No statistical hypothesis will be tested in this study.

This clinical trial is an interventional, active-treatment, open-label, multi-center, Phase 1/2 study. The study objectives are to assess the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of CYT-0851 in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies and advanced solid tumors and to identify a recommended Phase 2 dose as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy for evaluation in these patients.

A multicenter open-label phase 1/1b study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of SO-C101 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced/metastatic solid tumors

This is a study of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) with or without lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) as a first line intervention in a PD-L1 selected population with participants with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Hypotheses include: Pembrolizumab + lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab + placebo with respect to Objective Response Rate (ORR) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR). Pembrolizumab + lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab + placebo with respect to Progression Free Survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR. Pembrolizumab + lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab + placebo with respect to overall survival (OS).

An international, multicenter, open-label, 2 cohort, non-comparative, pivotal study evaluating the efficacy of tipifarnib in HRAS mutant HNSCC (AIM-HN). The first cohort will assess the objective response rate (ORR) of tipifarnib in subjects with HNSCC with HRAS mutations. The second study cohort, SEQ-HN, is an observational sub-study including HNSCC patients in whom HRAS mutations were not identified (wild type HRAS HNSCC) and who consent to provide first line outcome data and additional follow up.

A Phase 1/2, open label, multi-center study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability of KY1044 as single agent and in combination with anti-PD-L1 (atezolizumab) in adult patients with selected advanced malignancies, who are ineligible for or there are no available therapies known to confer a clinical benefit for their disease, or they have exhausted all such available options in each indication and therefore will be patients for whom a clinical trial is appropriate.

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab given concomitantly with chemoradiation (CRT) and as maintenance therapy versus placebo plus CRT in participants with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA HNSCC). The primary hypothesis is that pembrolizumab in combination with CRT is superior to placebo in combination with CRT with respect to event-free survival (EFS).

This study is being done to learn more about a new drug called Bapotulimab given in combination with Pembrolizumab. The purpose of this study is to learn if this new combination of drugs is safe for the participants, how it affects the body and to try to find the best dose of the new drug to give to participants and to obtain a preliminary assessment of the tumor response efficacy in the recurrent or metastatic Head and Neck Cancer.
