Study to Assess the Safety of Nivolumab in the Treatment of Metastatic Melanoma, Lung Cancer, Renal...

Multiple Indications Cancer

This is a post-marketing study of patients who started nivolumab as first- or second-line therapy for metastatic melanoma or as second-line therapy for metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (SqNSCLC) , metastatic non-SqNSCLC, metastatic renal cell carcimona (RCC), or recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck cancer (SCCHN), or third-line therapy for classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) in Mexico.

Monitoring Blood Flow and Metabolic Activity in Malignant Tissue of Head and Neck Region

Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and Neck

This study will investigate the ability of Lucerno Dynamics Lara sensor when placed on the palpable carotid artery (or femoral artery) to monitor blood flow following the injection of 18-FDG and to distinguish peak flow in tumor versus tissue uptake. Investigators will then assess if differences in tumor versus tissue correlates with tumor response.

Effectiveness in Head and Neck Cancer Detection Using Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Insert...

Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

We have developed a prototype PET insert device that can be integrated into a clinical PET/computed tomography (CT) scanner to improve its image resolution to approximately 2.5 mm in all 3 dimensions within a reduced imaging field of view (FOV). This zoom-in imaging capability provides 6-fold improvement in volumetric image resolution over the current state-of-the-art clinical PET scanner, offering a tremendous opportunity for cancer imaging applications, in particular for those cases where a lymph node involvement will drastically alter the patient management plan. Accurate diagnosis and staging of head-and-neck cancer is known to be challenging because of the complex anatomy and large number of lymph nodes involved in this region. As a result, head and neck cancer imaging is an ideal candidate for evaluating the clinical usefulness of this novel imaging device.

Saliva-based Detection of CD44

Oral Cavity Squamous Cell CarcinomaOropharynx Squamous Cell Carcinoma2 more

The purpose of this study is to test the ability of OncAlert™ to screen for cancer and the reappearance of cancer. OncAlert™ was developed by Vigilant Biosciences, a collaborator in this research study. OncAlert™ is an oral rinse which is spit into a cup and sent to a laboratory for analysis. OncAlert™ is considered experimental by the FDA because it is not approved for the screening of cancer.

Functional ImaGing of Heterogeneity in Head and Neck Tumors - Validation From Surgical Specimens...

Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

The purpose of this study is to investigate if heterogeneity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma as seen in functional imaging with PET/MR can be correlated to biologic heterogeneity in surgical specimens.
