Monopolar Versus Biopolar Radiofrequency in OA Knee Pain
OsteoarthritisKneeThis is a prospective randomized controlled trial study will aim to evaluate the the efficacy and procedural pain of BRFA and to compare it with conventional technique (MRFA). And to compare the complications and time taken to complete the procedures.

Biopsychosocial Assessment in Knee OA
Knee OsteoarthritisBackground: Patient's pain experience is a complex phenomenon. A comprehensive clinical assessment of the patient's pain experience is helpful to define individual differences between patients and thus to plan effective individualized treatment programs. Gait assessment is an important functional task in the clinical evaluation, which allows the definition and modulation of therapeutic intervention. The influence of patient's pain experience on gait parameters is currently understudied in literature. Objective: To investigate patient's pain experience based on an assessment model proposed by Walton and Elliott in patients with knee OA. The study's second aim is to examine the correlation between the parameters of the 10 Meter Walking Test (10MWT) and Time Up and Go test (TUG) assessed by an inertial sensor and the patient's pain experience.

Total Versus Robotic Assisted Unicompartmental Knee Replacement
Osteo Arthritis KneeArthritis Knee1 moreThe purpose of this research is to compare the functional outcomes of patients with end stage medial compartment OA of the knee undergoing a conventional mTKA to those undergoing rUKA and to assess the associated cost economics of such technology.

The Safety of Pharmacopuncture on Musculoskeletal Patients
Musculoskeletal Diseases or ConditionsSpine; ArthrosisThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of pharmacopuncture by observing any adverse events that may occur after pharmacopuncture treatment in with spinal joint disease hospitalized patients at 7 Korean medicine hospitals and analyzing blood test results.

Radiofrequency Ablation in the Pain Management of Knee Osteoarthritis
Knee OsteoarthritisThe aim of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of radio frequency thermo-coagulation on the genicular nerve (RFTGN) and intra-articular pulsed radio frequency (IAPRF) for Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) to improve physical activity , range of joint movement , pain intensity and quality of life.

Prognostic Factors in Zygapophyseal Osteoarthritis Infiltration: a Prospective Cohort Study
Degenerative Arthropathy of Lumbar Spinal Facet JointMagnet Resonance Image findings of facet osteoarthritis and patient characteristics are prognostic factors for improving or worsening the clinical outcome after treatment with facet infiltration.

Safety and Efficacy of the ANTHEM™ CR Total Knee System
Non-inflammatory Degenerative Joint DiseaseThis clinical study will evaluate the short-term (1- and 2-year) and medium term (5-year) safety and performance of the ANTHEM™ CR Total Knee System in patients with non-inflammatory degenerative joint disease of the knee requiring total knee replacement. Clinical, radiographic, Health Economic Outcomes and safety outcomes will be evaluated.

Routine Application of Ostenil® Mini in Patients With Rhizarthrosis
RhizarthrosisPMCF study to observe the routine application of Ostenil® Mini in the treatment of pain and restricted mobility in degenerative and traumatic changes of the CMC joint.

Gait Analysis of a Lateral-Pivot Design Total Knee Replacement
Knee OsteoarthritisPrevious motion analysis studies have demonstrated excellent ability to distinguish subtle differences in gait between normal subjects and those suffering from arthritis. With proper techniques and analysis differences between osteoarthritis patient groups can be distinguished. Previous research has indicated that subjects who received a single-radius design total knee replacement have superior gait performance that those who received a multi-radius design total knee replacement. The DJO Global Empowr PS Knee System is a single-radius lateral pivot design. This design should achieve reproducible more natural knee function and improved patient outcomes and satisfaction. A motion analysis laboratory will be used to collect gait data from patients who are going to receive a Empowr PS knee device and also from age-matched control subjects. These data will be compared with data previously collected from patients who received Stryker Triathlon devices, Biomet Vanguard devices and age-matched healthy control subjects.
