Introduction: There are several manifestations in the oral mucosa resulting from antineoplastic treatments by chemo (QT) or radiotherapy (RT). In this study we will collect the variables referring to oral mucositis (OM), radiodermatitis, osteonecrosis of the jaws (ONJ), hyposalivation and xerostomia, dysgeusia, pain, oral candidiasis (opportunistic infection), trismus, quality of life, oral hygiene. MO and hyposalivation, which are related to damage to the salivary glands, are the most common manifestations, and ONJ is the most difficult to treat. The dentist can play an important role in prevention and treatment these oral lesions, directly influencing the patient's quality of life and adherence to antineoplastic treatment. Objectives: The main objective is to evaluate the efficacy of the intervention, using LLL phototherapy and topical Vit E, in the OM. And the intervention through LLL phototherapy and LPRP in the ONJ. These interventions will be performed by dentists during antineoplastic medical treatment. Material and methods: clinical trial, randomized, with balanced randomization, single-blind (for the evaluator of the results) with 2 experimental arms and a control group, carried out in a single center. Group 1, intervention with LLL phototherapy, Group 2, intervention with application of topical Vit E and Group 3, mouthwash with 0.12% chlorhexidine (usual clinical information). 360 patients will participate in this study from the Units of Oncology Medicine, Radiotetaphic Medicine and Oral Medicine, Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Santiago de Compostela. The segment of the patients will be given, an initial visit and returns every day that hears the application of antineoplastic treatment for the group of LLL phototherapy, returns of 15 days, one month, three months, six months, nine months and one year. In these return visits, evaluations and questionnaires will be carried out regarding all the variables that we will collect. Predictable results: If the application of laser phototherapy or topical Vit E contributes to the cessation, reduction or improvement of the clinical evolution of the manifestation of oral lesions, these treatments could be immediately implemented in our Oral Medicine unit and could lay the foundations for its implementation in different public centers and private.

Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is a serious adverse reaction of antiresorptive and antiangiogenic agents; it is also a potentially painful and debilitating condition. Today, no specific studies have prospectively evaluated the efficacy of its treatment and no robust standard of care has been established. Among non-invasive procedures to treat MRONJ, the use of medical ozone (O3) arises for its properties and has been deployed and evaluated. O3 has generally proven to play a role in the treatment of chronic, nonhealing, or ischemic wounds, due to its antimicrobial and anti-oxidant properties and to bio-stimulation; it has been extensively used for different medical approaches and purposes. In oral cavity, local applications are carried out by ozonized water (i.e. spray or compress) or gel. The aim of this open trial is to assess the efficacy and the safety of O3 by a new method of application, i.e. infiltrations of oral mucosa, in patients with a diagnosis of MRONJ, which are non-eligible for the standard of care, regardless staging. All cases included in our study are MRONJ and staged according to the classification of the Italian Societies of Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Surgery (the SICMF/SIPMO staging system); in addition, they arereported to AIFA, the Italian Medicines Agency, for registration of the adverse event drug related.Patients included in our study are selected due to their non-eligibility to the standard treatment (conservative/medical for long term or surgical alone) for unstable systemic conditions or unaccepted consent due to extensive proposed approach due to the advanced disease. During the first examination (T0), medical, pharmacological, and dental history of patients are recorded. Data collected are: (1) age; (2) gender; (3) indications for use, type, cumulative dose and duration of MRONJ-related drugs; (4); history of chemotherapy; (5) other medications; (6) other diseases; (7) smoking. For every patient, Cone Beam CT dental scan or maxillofacial CT scan has performed for staging at T0 and 12 (T4) months after; orthopantomograph has performed during protocol (T3). The main CT features evaluated and associated to MRONJ presence and healing are as follows: a) bone sclerosis, b) depth of lesion; c) formation of sequestrum. When more than one MRONJ lesion are present, the protocol is applied one by one.

During the most recent pandemy COVID-19, various advises concerning complications following high corticosteroid doses administration were pubblished in 2020. However, evidence is lacking about the incidence of Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) in patients experiencing COVID-19. Surgical reconstruction to restore oral function and aesthetics after major ablative surgery in the oral cavity forms a challenge to maxillofacial surgeons, and greatly impacts patient' quality of life (QOL). The "Oncological-bridge (O-bridge®)" protocol, which offers (immediate/delayed) fixed prosthetic rehabilitation in a minimum of sessions and a strongly reduced two-week treatment time.

The goal of this observational study is to learn about functional and patient reported outcomes in patient undergoing total wrist replacement with the KinematX total wrist replacement study. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the range of motion (flexion, extension, radial, ulnar, grip and pinch strength) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. What are the patient reported outcomes (PROMIS, PRWE, HSS wrist expectations) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. How do range of motion and patient reported outcomes change over the 10 years after total wrist replacement surgery? Participants will be followed according to standard of care and preoperative and post-operative information for up to 10 years after surgery will be collected and entered into an electronic data base. Patients are eligible to enroll into the registry before or after they have had their wrist replacement surgery.

The hip prosthesis market is constantly growing with the number of prostheses reaching 949,000 in 2019. Along with this, there is also an increase in interest in short stems also called shortened stems. Thus on Pubmed, in 5 years, 171 publications have been listed. Thus, it seems interesting to study and analyze the performance of the shortened stem used in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology of the University Hospitals of Strasbourg and to compare them with the results of the literature.

The investigators aim to develop a prospective database in which patient demographics, surgical, dental, prosthetic and QOL parameters collected during consecutive visits within the framework of routine practice, are being registered for each oncological patient eligible for (immediate/delayed) fixed prosthodontic rehabilitation at time of oral cavity reconstruction

This study will evaluate clinical outcome on patients who undergo ceramic on ceramic (CoC) bearing total hip arthroplasty (THA) using Delta TT cup.
