Secondary Cytoreduction Followed by Chemotherapy Versus Chemotherapy Alone in Relapsed Ovarian Cancer...

Relapsed Ovarian Cancer

This study aims to carry out a multi-center, randomized controlled study on patients with recurrent ovarian cancer after PARPi maintenance, to explore the clinicopathological and molecular characteristics of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer after PARPi maintenance, and to clarify whether patients with recurrent ovarian cancer after PARPi maintenance for more than 6 months are sensitive to platinum drugs, and the value of secondary tumor cell reduction in such treatment, In order to provide evidence-based medicine basis for the standardized treatment mode of recurrent ovarian cancer after PARPi maintenance treatment.

Oregovomab Plus Chemotherapy in Neo-adjuvant Setting in Newly Diagnosed Patients With Advanced Epithelial...

Ovarian Neoplasm EpithelialOvarian Cancer3 more

A clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of five administrations of oregovomab versus placebo, infused in schedule dependent sequence with specific cycles of a standard six-cycle chemotherapy regimen (paclitaxel and carboplatin), for the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer who are planned to receive neoadjuvant treatment followed by interval debulking surgery (IDS) and adjuvant treatment.

A Study of Fluzoparib Combined With QL1101 Maintenance Treatment in Patients With Advanced Ovarian...

Ovarian Cancer

This is a Prospective,Single-Center, Single-Arm, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fluzoparib Combined With QL1101, as maintenance treatment, in patients with Advanced FIGO Stage III or IV High Grade Serous or Endometrioid Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or primary peritoneal cancer following front-line platinum-based chemotherapy with QL1101. Eligible participants who achieve complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) following treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy in addition to QL1101 will be enrolled in the study and will receive maintenance treatment with fluzoparib (for up to 2 years) combined with QL1101 (for up to 10 months during the maintenance phase or up to a total of 15 months inclusive of the approximately 5 months of bevacizumab received with chemotherapy) or until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, participant withdrawal, Investigator's decision, or death, whichever comes first.

The Effects of Using Different Anesthetics on the Prognosis of Primary Tumors and Its Mechanism...

Lung CancerBrain Tumor2 more

Eligible participants were assessed prior to anesthesia. After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the subject's consent form is explained, and the consent form must be signed before the operation. This is a two-arm, parallel-group randomized clinical trial. In the preoperative waiting area, the patients are randomly assigned and divided into two groups according to the allocation sequence table (corresponding to 1:1 randomization) generated by the computer. The propofol group was both induced and maintained at an effect-site concentration (Ce) of 2.0-4.0 mcg/mL by a target-controlled infusion (TCI) system. The sevoflurane group was maintained via sevoflurane vaporizer between 1% and 3% (target minimum alveolar concentration of 0.7-1.3). During the operation, the dose of anesthetic drugs (propofol/fentanyl /remifentanil and sevoflurane/cisatracurium/rocuronium) are adjusted to maintain the mean arterial pressure and heartbeat fluctuations within 20% of the baseline value and Entropy (or BIS) value at 40-60in both groups. The following patient data were recorded, the type of anesthesia, sex, age at the time of surgery, preoperative Karnofsky performance status (KPS) score and functional capacity, the postoperative complications within 30 days (according Clavien-Dindo classification), ASA physical status scores, tumor marker ,tumor size, intraoperative blood loss/transfusion, duration of surgery, duration of anesthesia, total opioid (remifentanil/fentanyl) use, postoperative radiation therapy, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy, the presence of disease progression, and 6-month, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year overall survival and Karnofsky performance status score were recorded.

PROTEOGENOMIC SIGNATURES ANALYSIS IN OVARIAN CANCER

Ovarian Cancer

Proteogenomic analysis to detect individual platinum-induced modifications on tumor tissue of HGSC according to chemotherapy response score (CRS), using a combined approach of High resolution liquid chromatography mass Spectrometry based platform (HR-LC-MS/MS and advanced immunometric methods on illumine platform); multiple supervised machine learning algorithms will be used to discover proteogenomic signatures and biological processes associated with platinum modification during the neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment. These results contribute to precision medicine by building an accurate proteogenomic profile of ovarian cancer, in order to better understand the underlying mechanisms of different chemotherapy response among affected patients.
