Talazoparib and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Locally Recurrent Gynecologic Cancers...

Malignant Female Reproductive System NeoplasmRecurrent Cervical Carcinoma23 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with gynecologic cancers that have come back after previous treatment (recurrent). Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with gynecologic cancers.

Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) in Ovarian Cancer (CHIPPI)

Ovary NeoplasmsOvarian Cancer1 more

This is a phase III, multicenter, interventional and randomized study which evaluates the use of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) coupled with either Primary Debulking Surgery (PDS) or Interval Debulking Surgery (IDS), in patients with ovarian cancer. This study aims to assess the efficacy, in terms of disease-free survival (DFS), the use of HIPEC combined with standard care (PDS or IDS) or standard care alone.

Reduction Of Cycles of neOadjuvant Chemotherapy for Advanced Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian and Primary...

Ovarian Cancer Stage IIICOvarian Cancer Stage IV2 more

Te hypothesized that two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval debulking surgery would improve survival in advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian, and primary peritoneal cancer because reduction of one cycle of chemotherapy can lead to the removal of more tumor burden, compared with three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. So the investigators aim to compare survival, rate of successful optimal cytoreductive surgery, post-operative complications, and quality of life between two and three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval debulking surgery for advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian, and primary peritoneal cancer.

Ovarian Cancer Recurrent

This is a phase II single arm efficacy/safety trial that will evaluate the effectiveness of combining intensive locoregional intraperitoneal (IP) chemoimmunotherapy of cisplatin with IP rintatolimod (TLR-3 agonist) and IV infusion of the checkpoint inhibitor pembrolizumab (IVP) for patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer (OC).

Platinum-resistant Ovarian CancerFallopian Tube Cancer5 more

SL03-OHD-105 is an open-label, multicenter, phase 1b trial designed to evaluate SL-172154 administered in combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) or mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum resistant ovarian cancer. Approximately 102 patients will be enrolled in this study in two phases: dose escalation and dose expansion.

Pamiparib Plus Surufatinib in Patients With Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian CancerOvarian Carcinoma3 more

A number of studies suggest that the combination of PARP inhibitors and antiangiogenic agents produce synergistic activities. Pamiparib is a small molecule inhibitor selectivity for both PARP1 and PARP2. Surufatinib is a novel small-molecule inhibitor that simultaneously targets tumor angiogenesis (via Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor [VEGFR]1, VEGFR 2, VEGFR3 and Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 [FGFR1]) and immune evasion (via Colony Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor [CSF1R]). In this trial, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of pamiparib in combination with surufatinib in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer who received prior PARP inhibitors.

Fluzoparib Combined With Bevacizumab in PSROC Previously Treated With PARPi

Ovarian Cancer

There are more and more PARPi(PARP inhibitors) resistance for ovarian cancer patients after previous use of PARP inhibitors. Basic studies have found that there is synergistic effect of bevacizumab combined with PARPi. Therefore we designed the study to include 42 ovarian cancer patients who had PARPi for at least half a year and then relapsed (platinum-sensitive, previously 1-3 lines of chemotherapy). After getting complete remission or partial remission with chemotherapy containing platinum and bevacizumab, fluzopanib and bevacizumab were used for maintenance treatment. The progression-free survival, ORR, DCR, DoR, and safety were evaluated based on RECIST V1.1.

Recurrent Endometrial CarcinomaRecurrent Ovarian Carcinoma1 more

The purpose of this research study is to test the proportion of tumor response to the combination treatment with niraparib and bevacizumab and see what effects (good and bad) this combination treatment has on patients with recurrent endometrial or ovarian cancer with ARID1A mutation.

Platinum-resistant Ovarian CancerEndometrial Adenocarcinoma1 more

This is an open label Phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ACR-368 as monotherapy or in combination with ultralow dose gemcitabine in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian carcinoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma, and urothelial carcinoma based on Acrivon's OncoSignature® test status.
