Niraparib With beVAcizumab After Complete cytoreductioN in Patients With ovArian Cancer
Ovarian CancerRandomized, open label, phase II multicenter study to assess the efficacy niraparib versus niraparib +bevacizumab maintenance in patients with newly diagnosed stage IIIA/B/C high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer with no residual disease after frontline surgery and treatment by adjuvant platinum-basedchemotherapy +/-bevacizumab.
A Study to Evaluate ELU001 in Patients With Solid Tumors That Overexpress Folate Receptor Alpha...
Ovarian CancerOvarian Neoplasms23 moreThis study, ELU- FRα-1, is focused on adult subjects who have advanced, recurrent or refractory folate receptor alpha (FRα) overexpressing tumors considered to be topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-sensitive based on scientific literature, and, in the opinion of the Investigator, have no other meaningful life-prolonging therapy options available. ELU001 is a new chemical entity described as a C'Dot drug conjugate (CDC), consisting of payloads (exatecans) and targeting moieties (folic acid analogs) covalently bound by linkers to the C'Dot particle carrier. ELU001 will be the first drug-conjugate of its kind to be introduced into the clinic, a first in class, and a novel molecular entity.
Dose Escalation of Lapatinib With Paclitaxel in Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian CancerThis trial will be a phase I dose-escalation study of lapatinib and paclitaxel for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, which will establish the phase II dose for subsequent efficacy trials.

TH1902 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Solid TumorTNBC - Triple-Negative Breast Cancer8 moreOpen label first-in-human study of TH1902 in solid cancer, with 4 sequential parts: Part 1 (dose escalation): patients with recurrent advanced solid tumors (all comers) that have relapsed or are refractory to standard chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and for which no known effective therapies exist. Part 2 (expansion): selected patient populations with recurrent advanced TNBC, HR+ breast cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cutaneous melanoma, thyroid cancer, SCLC, prostate cancer and other cancers known to express SORT1 that are refractory to standard therapy. Part 3 (optimization): patients diagnosed with histologically or cytologically confirmed high grade serous ovarian cancer, including high grade peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer, or high grade endometrioid cancer, that is refractory or resistant to standard therapies, should not be considered platinum sensitive, and where current therapy is not considered to be providing benefit. Part 4 (basket expansion): selected cancer type diagnosed with histologically or cytologically confirmed cancers, where TH1902 has been studied and/or showed activity (in Parts 1 to 3), that is refractory or resistant to standard therapies, and where current therapy is not considered to be providing benefit.
D9319C00001- 1L OC Mono Global RCT
Ovarian CancerThis is a Phase III, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre, international study assessing the efficacy and safety of maintenance olaparib compared with placebo in BRCAwt participants with Stage III to IV high grade serous or endometroid ovarian cancer (including fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer) who are in complete or partial response following treatment with standard first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
A Phase III Study of BD0801 Combined With Chemotherapy in Recurrent, Platinum-resistant Epithelial...
Ovarian CancerThe standard systemic treatment for ovarian cancer is platinum-based chemotherapy. However, majority of patients relapse and eventually progress to platinum resistance. In patients with platinum-resistant or refractory ovarian cancer, effective treatment options are limited and the prognosis is very poor. Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and metastasis, and VEGF/VEGF receptor(VEGFR) signaling pathway is the most promising angiogenic target. This study aim to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination BD0801 and chemotherapy in patients with platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer.
A Study of Maintenance DCVAC/OvCa After First-line Chemotherapy Added Standard of Care
Epithelial Ovarian CarcinomaFallopian Tube Carcinoma1 moreThis is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled,parallel-group preliminary verifying study about safety and efficacy of maintenance DCVAC/OvCa after first-line chemotherapy added to standard of care in patients with newly diagnosed FIGO III-IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal carcinoma.
Fuzuloparib Arsenic Trioxide Platinum Resistance Relapsed Ovarian Cancer
Efficacy and SafetyOvarian cancer is the leading cause of death from gynecologic tumors in the western world. Most patients have relapses, and responses to subsequent therapies are generally short-lived. Currently, the population that can benefit from PARPi is mainly focusing on BRCAm, then homologous-recombination deficiency patients. Limited data revealed the ORR was only 3-4% in homologous recombination proficiency patients with PARPi therapy. New treatments are urgently needed to improve patient outcomes. To explore the efficacy and safety of Fuzuloparib in combination with Arsenic trioxide therapy in platinum-resistance relapsed Ovarian cancer patients.
Adjuvant Chemotherapy of Three-step Regimen in BRCA1/2 Wide Type Ovarian Cancer (ACTS-2)
Ovarian CancerOvarian cancer was mostly diagnosed at late stage (III/IV) with high rate of recurrence after first line of therapy by optimal cytoreductive sugery and 6cycle of TP chemotherapy. There is no standard maintainance therapy for BRCA1/2 wide-type ovarian cancer. We developed an adjuvant chemotherapy of "three steps" (ACTS). It is adding CTX+VP-16(second step) 6cycle and CTX+CBP(third steps) to firstline chemotherapy (first step). The aim of this study is to verify the effectivity and safety of ACTS in BRCA1/2 wide-type ovarian cancer patients.
