Ovarian CarcinomaRelapseThis is a Phase II study for recurrent ovarian carcinoma platinum-sensitive and resistant tumors Folfox regimen.
Prolonged or Standard Infusion of Cefepime Hydrochloride in Treating Patients With Febrile Neutropenia...
Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia38 moreThis randomized pilot clinical trial studies how well giving prolonged infusion compared to standard infusion of cefepime hydrochloride works in treating patients with febrile neutropenia. Giving cefepime hydrochloride over a longer period of time may be more effective than giving cefepime hydrochloride over the standard time.
Feasibility and Clinical Activity of Initial Intraperitoneal Catumaxomab Followed by Chemotherapy...
Recurrent Epithelial Ovarian CancerSingle -arm, multicenter phase-II trial for catumaxomab and chemotherapy in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer to investigate the feasibility and clinical activity of initial intraperitoneal catumaxomab followed by chemotherapy regimes.
Evaluation of Optimal Treatment With Bevacizumab in Patients With Platinum-sensitive Recurrent Ovarian...
Recurrent Platinum-sensitive Ovarian CancerEvaluation of the best therapeutic index for patients with platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer when treatment with bevacizumab and gemcitabine/carboplatin or with bevacizumab and PLD/carboplatin.
Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan-hziy (IMMU-132) in Adults With Epithelial Cancer
Gastric AdenocarcinomaEsophageal Cancer14 moreThe primary objective in Phase I is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) as a single agent administered in 21-day treatment cycles in previously treated participants with advanced epithelial cancer. In Phase II, the primary objective is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of sacituzumab govitecan-hziy administered in 21-day treatment cycles at a dose selected in Phase I. Tumor types in the study will include: cervical, colorectal, endometrial, ovarian, esophageal, gastric adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, head and neck cancers- squamous cell, hepatocellular, prostate, non-small-cell lung cancer, pancreatic, renal cell, small-cell lung cancer, non-triple negative breast cancer (non-TNBC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC).
Sunitinib Malate in Treating Patients With Persistent or Recurrent Clear Cell Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian Clear Cell AdenocarcinomaRecurrent Ovarian CarcinomaThis phase II trial studies the side effects of sunitinib malate and how well it works in treating patients with ovarian cancer that is persistent or has come back. Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.
Carboplatin, Paclitaxel, Bevacizumab, and Veliparib in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Stage...
Fallopian Tube CarcinomaFallopian Tube Carcinosarcoma36 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of veliparib when given together with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV ovarian epithelial, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cells to repair themselves from damage and survive. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab, a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody, blocks tumor growth by targeting certain cells and preventing the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving veliparib together with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab may kill more tumor cells.
Temsirolimus, Carboplatin, and Paclitaxel as First-Line Therapy in Treating Patients With Newly...
Ovarian Clear Cell CystadenocarcinomaStage III Ovarian Cancer1 moreThis phase II trial studies how well temsirolimus, carboplatin, and paclitaxel as first-line therapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV clear cell ovarian cancer. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving temsirolimus with combination chemotherapy may be an effective treatment for ovarian cancer.

Ovarian CancerFallopian Tube Cancer2 moreThis is a single center phase II trial designed to optimize a clinical platform of lymphodepleting chemotherapy and T-cell suppression to promote the persistence, function, and expansion of allogeneic natural killer (NK) cells in patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal cancer and advanced metastatic breast cancer.

Ovarian CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine the objective response rate of ABT-888 when given in combination with temozolomide versus pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) alone in subjects with recurrent high grade serous ovarian cancer.
