The purpose of this study is to answer the fundamental question, should the physicians choose Surgery or Chemotherapy (SOC-2) in advanced ovarian cancer?

Registry participants with advanced malignancy or myelodysplasia will have a sample of their tumor or tissue analysed for genetic alterations using next generation sequencing (NGS) performed in a lab that has been certified to meet a high quality standard. Treatments and outcomes will be reported to the registry to allow further understanding of how genetic differences can lead to better diagnosis and treatments.

The study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of apatinib in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,who has received second-line chemotherapy and failed.

This project is a multi-center, prospective, randomized controlled clinical observation the safety and efficacy of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy as neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) and postoperative chemotherapy after interval debulking surgery (IDS) for advanced-stage epithelial ovarian cancer . PR/SD rate, percentage of optimal debulking surgery and 3-year disease-free survival is the primary end points of this project.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of anlotinib in patients with platinum resistant or refractory ovarian cancer

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of niraparib combined with oral etoposide in platinum resistant or platinum refractory recurrent ovarian cancer.

This Phase II will evaluate a new type of ovarian cancer immunotherapy based on a fundamentally new approach that has been successfully tested in a published clinical study of liver cancer. We will test new tableted preparation, V3-OVA, obtained from hydrolyzed, inactivated blood and tumors of patients with cancer of ovaries. Study will last 3 months, 20 patients will be recruited, given one pill per day for three months. The primary clinical endpoint is effect on tumor size and burden after 3 months. Secondary endpoint will be effect on levels of tumor markers on monthly basis compared to baseline.
