Systemic Immune Checkpoint Blockade and Intraperitoneal Chemo-Immunotherapy in Recurrent Ovarian...
Ovarian Cancer RecurrentThis is a phase II single arm efficacy/safety trial that will evaluate the effectiveness of combining intensive locoregional intraperitoneal (IP) chemoimmunotherapy of cisplatin with IP rintatolimod (TLR-3 agonist) and IV infusion of the checkpoint inhibitor pembrolizumab (IVP) for patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer (OC).

Platinum-resistant Ovarian CancerFallopian Tube Cancer5 moreSL03-OHD-105 is an open-label, multicenter, phase 1b trial designed to evaluate SL-172154 administered in combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) or mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum resistant ovarian cancer. Approximately 102 patients will be enrolled in this study in two phases: dose escalation and dose expansion.
Pamiparib Plus Surufatinib in Patients With Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian CancerOvarian Carcinoma3 moreA number of studies suggest that the combination of PARP inhibitors and antiangiogenic agents produce synergistic activities. Pamiparib is a small molecule inhibitor selectivity for both PARP1 and PARP2. Surufatinib is a novel small-molecule inhibitor that simultaneously targets tumor angiogenesis (via Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor [VEGFR]1, VEGFR 2, VEGFR3 and Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 [FGFR1]) and immune evasion (via Colony Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor [CSF1R]). In this trial, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of pamiparib in combination with surufatinib in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer who received prior PARP inhibitors.
Fluzoparib Combined With Bevacizumab in PSROC Previously Treated With PARPi
Ovarian CancerThere are more and more PARPi(PARP inhibitors) resistance for ovarian cancer patients after previous use of PARP inhibitors. Basic studies have found that there is synergistic effect of bevacizumab combined with PARPi. Therefore we designed the study to include 42 ovarian cancer patients who had PARPi for at least half a year and then relapsed (platinum-sensitive, previously 1-3 lines of chemotherapy). After getting complete remission or partial remission with chemotherapy containing platinum and bevacizumab, fluzopanib and bevacizumab were used for maintenance treatment. The progression-free survival, ORR, DCR, DoR, and safety were evaluated based on RECIST V1.1.
Bevacizumab and/or Niraparib in Patients With Recurrent Endometrial and/or Ovarian Cancer With ARID1A...
Recurrent Endometrial CarcinomaRecurrent Ovarian Carcinoma1 moreThe purpose of this research study is to test the proportion of tumor response to the combination treatment with niraparib and bevacizumab and see what effects (good and bad) this combination treatment has on patients with recurrent endometrial or ovarian cancer with ARID1A mutation.

A Study of ACR-368 in Ovarian Carcinoma, Endometrial Adenocarcinoma, and Urothelial Carcinoma
Platinum-resistant Ovarian CancerEndometrial Adenocarcinoma1 moreThis is an open label Phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ACR-368 as monotherapy or in combination with ultralow dose gemcitabine in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian carcinoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma, and urothelial carcinoma based on Acrivon's OncoSignature® test status.
Olaparib, Durvalumab and UV1 in Relapsed Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian CancerThis prospective, multicenter, open-label, randomized phase II maintenance study is evaluating the efficacy of UV1-olaparib-durvalumab combination as maintenance therapy after platinum combination therapy for BRCAwt patients with relapsed ovarian cancer.
Study of Fully Human B7H3 CAR-T in Treating Recurrent Malignant Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian CancerThis is single center, open-label phase I, non-randomized study which will enroll patients with recurrent advanced ovarian cancer to evaluate the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of fully human B7H3 CAR-T cells (fhB7H3.CAR-Ts) via using a '3+3+3' dose escalation design. In the dose expansion cohort, six patients will be enrolled to further assess their efficacy with the optimal dosage.
