Study of 6b11-OCIK Injection Treatment in Patients With Recurrent Drug-resistant Ovarian Cancer...
Recurrent Ovarian CarcinomaPlatinum-resistant Ovarian CancerThis is an open, single-arm, phase I clinical trial to evaluate safety and efficacy and of 6b11-OCIK injection in the treatment of recurrent drug-resistant ovarian cancer
Serial Imaging of the Novel Radiotracer [^18F] FLuorthanatrace ([^18F] FTT) by PET/CTF
Breast CarcinomaFallopian Tube Carcinoma6 moreThis phase I trial studies how well fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) works in patients with solid tumors. Fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace is a radioactive tracer, a type of imaging agent that is labeled with a radioactive tag and injected into the body to help with imaging scans. PET/CT uses a scanner to make detailed, computerized pictures of areas inside the body. PET/CT with Fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace may allow more tumor cells to be found in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
ADP-A2M4CD8 as Monotherapy or in Combination With Either Nivolumab or Pembrolizumab in HLA-A2+ Subjects...
Endometrial CancerEsophageal Cancer7 moreThis study will investigate the safety and tolerability of ADP-A2M4CD8 T-cell therapy in subjects who have the appropriate human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and MAGE-A4 tumor antigen. Tumor indications include endometrial, esophageal, esophagogastric junction (EGJ), gastric, head and neck, melanoma, non-small cell lung (NSCLC), ovarian or urothelial cancer.
Signal TrAnsduction Pathway Activity Analysis in OVarian cancER
Recurrent Ovarian CancerSignal Transduction Pathway Deregulation1 moreThe purpose of this prospective, parallel-group, cohort study is to implement phenotype-guided targeted therapy based on functional signal transduction pathway (STP) activity in recurrent ovarian cancer patients using a novel mRNA-based assay. Existing targeted drugs with tolerable toxicity profiles are used to investigate the therapeutic value beyond their approved indication, which are deemed beneficial in the select group of patients with a relevant predominantly active functional STP, in order to improve survival and maintain quality of life.
An Evaluation of Maintenance Therapy Combination Mirvetuximab Soravtansine and Olaparib
Ovary CancerPeritoneal Cancer1 moreThe Principal Investigator hypothesizes the combination of MIRV and Olaparib is an effective, and tolerable, maintenance therapy strategy in platinum sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.
A Study of Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride Liposome Injection in the Treatment of Relapsed Ovarian Cancer...
Platinum-resistant Ovarian CancerThis is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm, phase Ib study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride Liposome in subjects with Platinum-Resistant or Platinum-Refractory Relapsed Ovarian Cancer.
Lenvatinib, Pembrolizumab, and Paclitaxel for Treatment of Recurrent Endometrial, Epithelial Ovarian,...
Platinum-Resistant Fallopian Tube CarcinomaPlatinum-Resistant Ovarian Carcinoma5 moreThis phase II clinical trial studies the effect of lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and paclitaxel in treating patients with endometrial, epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has come back (recurrent). While all 3 study drugs are FDA approved, and 2-drug combinations have been studied, the 3- drug combination has not been studied yet. The investigators believe that the addition of pembrolizumab to weekly paclitaxel and lenvatinib (or weekly paclitaxel to pembrolizumab and lenvatinib) is highly effective and safe with manageable side effects in both recurrent endometrial and platinum resistant ovarian cancer. The purpose of this trial is to study how well lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and weekly paclitaxel work together in women who have recurrent endometrial cancer and/or recurrent platinum resistant ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer, and what kind of side effects patients may experience.
Dose Escalation of Lapatinib With Paclitaxel in Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian CancerThis trial will be a phase I dose-escalation study of lapatinib and paclitaxel for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, which will establish the phase II dose for subsequent efficacy trials.
CAR-macrophages for the Treatment of HER2 Overexpressing Solid Tumors
HER2-positiveAdenocarcinoma37 morePhase 1, first-in-human, open label study of CAR macrophages in HER2 overexpressing solid tumors.
A Study to Evaluate ELU001 in Patients With Solid Tumors That Overexpress Folate Receptor Alpha...
Ovarian CancerOvarian Neoplasms23 moreThis study, ELU- FRα-1, is focused on adult subjects who have advanced, recurrent or refractory folate receptor alpha (FRα) overexpressing tumors considered to be topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-sensitive based on scientific literature, and, in the opinion of the Investigator, have no other meaningful life-prolonging therapy options available. ELU001 is a new chemical entity described as a C'Dot drug conjugate (CDC), consisting of payloads (exatecans) and targeting moieties (folic acid analogs) covalently bound by linkers to the C'Dot particle carrier. ELU001 will be the first drug-conjugate of its kind to be introduced into the clinic, a first in class, and a novel molecular entity.
