Timing of Start of systemIc Treatment for Asymptomatic Metastasized Pancreatic Cancer
Metastatic Pancreas CancerSince patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer have a limited life expectancy, it is important to determine the timing of when to start chemotherapy in order to optimize the benefits of chemotherapy relative to the side effects. Therefore, two treatment strategies can be considered: chemotherapy started immediately at diagnosis, or delayed until disease-related symptoms occur.

Advanced or Metastatic Solid TumorsBreast Cancer3 moreThe purpose of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of IDE161.
HR070803 in Combination With Oxaliplatin, 5-FU/LV Versus AG for First-line Treatment of Advanced...
First-line Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic CancerThe purpose of this study is to look at the efficacy and safety of HR070803 in combination with 5 fluorouracil/leucovorin (5FU/LV) plus oxaliplatin compared to nab-paclitaxel + gemcitabine treatment in improving the overall survival of patients not previously treated for metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Advanced Ovarian CarcinomaAdvanced Renal Cell Carcinoma6 moreThe goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the OATD-02 administration (orally) in monotherapy is safe and has the pharmacodynamic potential to restore and enhance tumour responses to immunotherapy through increased arginine levels or intrinsic anti-tumour activity in participants with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, renal cancer or pancreatic cancer.
A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B530, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Subjects With Solid...
Solid TumorAdult16 moreThe goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Phase 1: What is the maximum or recommended dose of A2B530 that is safe for patients Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B530 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: Enrollment and Apheresis in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) Preconditioning Lymphodepletion (PCLD) Regimen A2B530 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose

Pancreatic Ductal AdenocarcinomaPancreatic CancerThe main purpose of this research study is to determine the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) of SX-682 in combination with nivolumab in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have completed at least 16 weeks of first line chemotherapy treatment without evidence of disease progression.
Losartan and Hypofractionated Rx After Chemo for Tx of Borderline Resectable or Locally Advanced...
Borderline Resectable Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaLocally Advanced Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma5 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects of losartan and hypofractionated radiation therapy after chemotherapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that may or may not be removed by surgery (borderline resectable) or has spread from its original site of growth to nearby tissues or lymph nodes and is not amenable to surgical resection (locally advanced unresectable). Losartan may improve blood flow and allows for better tissue oxygenation. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving losartan and hypofractionated radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to hypofractionated radiation therapy alone.
