PaTcH Study: A Phase 2 Study of Trametinib and Hydroxychloroquine in Patients With Metastatic Refractory...
Pancreatic CancerThis study is designed to investigate the means by which cancer resists treatment can be overcome by a combination of an established anticancer drug, trametinib, with hydroxychloroquine.
Carbon Nanoparticle-Loaded Iron [CNSI-Fe(II)] in the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumor
Advanced Solid TumorLung Cancer7 moreThis Phase I clinical trial aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) profile and preliminary efficacy of intratumoral injection of Carbon Nanoparticle-Loaded Iron [CNSI-Fe(II)] in patients with advanced solid tumors. The study also aims to observe dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) of CNSI-Fe(II) to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the highest injectable dose in humans, providing dosing guidelines for future clinical studies. CNSI-Fe(II) shows promise as an innovative tumor therapeutic agent due to its unique properties of ferroptosis. The study primarily focuses on assessing the potential efficacy of CNSI-Fe(II) in patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly in patients with Kras mutation, e.g., pancreatic cancer patients.
Olaparib in PALB2 Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Advanced Pancreatic CancerMetastatic Pancreatic CancerThis is a Phase II, non-randomized, multicenter, unblinded open-label study of Olaparib in monotherapy in participants with advanced (locally advanced/metastatic) PALB2-related pancreatic cancer that have progressed after at least one treatment for advanced disease.
TCR-T Cells in the Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic CancerTo investigate the safety, tolerability, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of TCR-T cells in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer
Switch Maintenance in Pancreatic
Pancreatic CancerAdenocarcinoma of the Pancreas2 moreThis study is being done to test the safety and effectiveness of combining domvanalimab (AB154), zimberelimab (AB122), and APX005M with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of body. This research study involves immunotherapy. Immunotherapy triggers the body's immune system to fight cancer cells. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: Domvanalimab (also known as AB154) Zimberelimab (also known as AB122) APX005M
Adjuvant Gemcitabine and Capecitabine Chemotherapy in Resected Pancreatic Cancer Following Neoadjuvant...
Pancreatic CancerPrimary Objectives: To determine the disease free survival (DFS) for participants treated with post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy, as compared to neoadjuvant therapy alone. Secondary Objectives: To determine the clinical efficacy of the study treatment in terms of median overall survival (OS) and median disease free survival (DFS). To assess the safety and tolerability of the study treatment regimen as measured by the adverse events rates. To assess the quality of life in patients receiving the study treatment.
TCR-T Cell Therapy on Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic CancerThe primary aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of KRAS mutant antigen specific TCR-T cells in the treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. The secondary aim is to evaluate the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic characteristics of TCR-T cell therapy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and the survival of TCR-T cells. The investigators will evaluate the changes of tumor microenvironment after treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer with KRAS mutant antigen specific TCR-T cells; Evaluating the correlation between cytokines and the occurrence of CRS and neurotoxicity

Advanced Pancreatic CancerClinical Study on the Safety and Efficacy of specific TIL-TCM cells for advanced relapse-refractory or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
Niraparib as First Line Therapy With Metastatic Homologous Repair-deficient Pancreatic Cancer
Metastatic Pancreatic CancerThis trial is a single arm open-label, phase II aiming to assess the clinical activity of niraparib in chemotherapy-naïve biomarker-selected pancreatic cancer patients.
Redefining FOLFIORINOX in Older Pancreatic Cancer Patients
Metastatic Pancreatic CancerThis is a multi- centered two-stage Pilot Study assessing the tolerability and toxicity of an alternating regimen of FOLFOX and FOLFIRI for the treatment of newly diagnosed and untreated metastatic pancreatic cancer in patients over the age of 65 years.
