Cabozantinib and Pembrolizumab in Metastatic Pancreas
Pancreatic CancerThis study aims to evaluate cabozantinib and pembrolizumab for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
Organoid-Guided Chemotherapy for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Advanced Pancreatic CancerThe purpose of this study is to explore whether chemotherapy regimens guided by organoid drug sensitivity test can improve the outcomes of advanced pancreatic cancer. At the same time, this study will evaluate the successful stablishment rate of organoid from biopsy tissue , and explore the concordance between drug sensitivity test results and patients' treatment response.
The Value of Molecular Residual Disease Monitoring Based on ctDNA in Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic...
Pancreatic CancerAdvanced Cancer1 moreThe goal of this clinical trial is to explore the value of molecular residual disease (MRD) monitoring based on ctDNA in advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: prognostic value of baseline MRD; the role of MRD dynamic changes after treatment in guiding treatment. Peripheral blood derived from participants will be obtained for MRD test before first-line chemotherapy initiation and at the first imaging assessment after chemotherapy.
Pancrelipase in People With Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal AdenocarcinomaMetastatic Pancreatic Cancer11 moreThe main purpose of this study is to see how pancrelipase affects the body mass index (BMI) in people with metastatic PDAC. BMI is a measure based on a person's height and weight. Other study goals are to explore two different dosing schedules of pancrelipase and to evaluate pancrelipase in people who do not have symptoms of EPI.
Preoperative Radiotherapy in Patients at High Risk of Postoperative Pancreatic Fistula After Pancreatoduodenectomy...
Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of PancreasDuodenum Carcinoma5 moreThe FIBROPANC-1 investigates the feasibility and safety of preoperative stereotactic radiotherapy of 4cm pancreas in patients undergoing pancreatoduodenectomy at high risk (>25%) of developing post operative pancreatic fistula (POPF). A single course of 12Gy preoperative radiotherapy may lead to sufficient fibrosis in a small (4cm) targeted area, thereby reducing the risk of grade B and C POPF.
Aspiration of Duodenopancreatic Juice After Secretin Stimulation vs Endoscopic Aspiration for Molecular...
Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasm of PancreasStudy to evaluate aspiration of duodenopancreatic juice after secretin stimulation (ADPJ-secr)versus endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) for molecular analysis of intraductal papillary mucinous intraductal neoplasia.
Adapted Physical Activity in Patients With Resected Pancreatic Cancer (APACaPOp PRODIGE-56 Study):...
Pancreas CancerQuality of LifeExercise during chemotherapy (CT) is a promising strategy to reduce fatigue and improve health-related quality of life (HRQoL). Exercise may also have beneficial effects on tumor outcome by decreasing insulin resistance, inflammation, and by modulating various pro-tumoral signalling pathways. It has been shown to reduce mortality in breast and colorectal cancer adjuvant setting. This study aims to explore the effects of adapted physical activity (APA) in patients with resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
Prehabilitation in Pancreatic Surgery
Pancreatic CancerPeriampullary Cancer3 moreIn patients with pancreatic cancer, older age, multiple comorbidities, frailty, malnutrition and poor functional status are common, especially in individuals receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy. These characteristics represent potentially modifiable risk factors for poor postoperative outcomes. The goal of this clinical randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the extent to which a four-week multimodal prehabilitation program impacts on postoperative morbidity, functional and nutritional status and health-related quality of life in patients with localized pancreatic or periampullary cancer scheduled for curative surgery. In addition, the impact of prehabilitation on circulating sarcopenia and cancer cachexia biomarkers in PDAC patients will be explored. Included patients will be randomized (ratio 1:1) and allocated either to the intervention group (Multimodal Prehabilitation), which will receive prehabilitation, or to the control group, which will receive no prehabilitation.
RNA Precision Oncology in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic CancerThe overall objective of this project is to determinate the feasibility of administering personalized therapy to subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer utilizing the novel OncoTreat platform. The primary objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of implementing the OncoTreat framework in patients with newly diagnosed, untreated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
Breath-Hold Technique for Pancreatic Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) Patients
Pancreas CancerThe Investigator proposes the development of an extended reality (xR) training platform for patients undergoing radiation treatment for pancreatic cancer. The Investigator wants to investigate the ability of this technology to provide biophysical feedback and coaching during the planning and treatment sessions to help patients with the ABC technique to improve motion management outcomes and reduce treatment related anxiety.
