TachycardiaSupraventricular1 more

To determine whether etripamil nasal spray (NS) self-administered by Chinese patients is superior to placebo at terminating episodes of PSVT in an at-home setting; To evaluate the efficacy of etripamil NS self-administered by Chinese patients compared with placebo on a range of clinical markers. To evaluate the safety of etripamil NS self-administered by Chinese patients compared with placebo

Treatment of an Inherited Ventricular Arrhythmia

Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia Type 1

The goal of the proposed project is to determine the safety and tolerability as well as the preliminary efficacy of a novel small molecule drug, S48168 (ARM210), for the treatment of Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia (CPVT1). This disease is associated with fatal changes in heart rhythms leading to sudden death with exercise or excessive excitement. It is due to mutations in the Ryanodine Receptor calcium release channel, which cause leaky channels leading to the disease. S48168 (ARM210) repairs these leaky channels and can be a disease-modifying therapy restoring normal function to the channels. This result would allow patients with CPVT to live normal, active lives. Fluoroscopy Reduction or Elimination in CIED Implants

BradycardiaTachycardia2 more

CIED implants require different amounts of fluoroscopy; using 3-D mapping systems, these times could be reduced to near zero fluoroscopy. The investigators aim to describe to what extent fluoroscopy times are reduced on a routine basis on CIED implants

Stereotactic Management of Arrhythmia - Radiosurgery Treatment and Evaluation of Response in Ventricular...

Ventricular Tachycardia

Prospective single-arm study investigating the efficacy and safety of non-invasive cardiac radiosurgery for the treatment of ventricular tachycardia (VT) with reduced dose of radiation (20 Gy). The efficacy and safety outcome measures will be compared with historical control - patients treated within the SMART-VT study (NCT04642963) with a single dose of 25 Gy to test the hypothesis that reduced dose of radiation is similarly effective in terms of reduction of VT burden.

Epinephrine Dose: Optimal Versus Standard Evaluation Trial

Cardiac ArrestOut-Of-Hospital3 more

The objective of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of a low cumulative dose of epinephrine compared to a standard cumulative dose of epinephrine during resuscitation from ventricular fibrillation (VF) or ventricular tachycardia (VT) in adult out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients.

STereotactic RadioAblation by Multimodal Imaging for VT (STRA-MI-VT)

Refractory Ventricular Tachycardia

Study of multimodal-imaging guided stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation.

The TRAMPOLINE VT Study

Ventricular Tachycardia

This non-randomised, prospective trial will examine the feasibility and efficacy of VT ablation guided by activation mapping using the Octaray catheter and the CARTO3 electro-anatomical mapping system. Procedures will integrate data from cardiac MRI and voltage mapping to identify sites of interest for focussed activation mapping; the investigators hypothesise that the examination of these data will identify critical target sites for ablation. Intra-procedural diagnostic performance of the Octaray will be assessed as the primary outcome, and will be compared with the standard of care. Secondary, clinical outcomes - primarily the need for ICD therapies at 12 months post ablation - will be compared with propensity-matched controls undergoing substrate-based ablation alone.

Cardiac RADIoablation Versus Repeat Catheter Ablation: a Pivotal Randomized Clinical Trial Evaluating...

TachycardiaVentricular

RADIATE-VT is a pivotal, multicenter, randomized trial comparing safety and efficacy between cardiac radioablation (CRA) using the Varian CRA System and repeat catheter ablation (CA), for patients with high-risk refractory ventricular tachycardia (VT) who have experienced VT recurrence after CA and are candidates for additional CA.
