Evaluation of Potential Off-label Use of Dabigatran Etexilate in Europe
Atrial FibrillationThis is a descriptive, observational, multi-country European cross-sectional study of new users of dabigatran etexilate that aims to characterise on- and off-label status and other medical characteristics at the time of the first captured prescription of dabigatran etexilate in each database. The study will be conducted using Cegedim Strategic Database (CSD, France), Danish National Databases (Denmark) and Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD, UK).

Benchmarking an Oral Anticoagulant Treatment Rate in Patients With Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation...
Nonvalvular Atrial FibrillationThe purpose of this study is to establish a benchmark for rate of prescription of oral anticoagulants (OA) in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) seen in an ambulatory care setting, based on independent medical assessment of clinical data and physician and patient surveys. The study will also assess reasons for not prescribing OA to prevent thromboembolic complications in patients with NVAF seen in ambulatory care, and patients' perspectives of non-use of OA for treatment of NVAF.

Myocardial Infarction With Non-obstructive Coronary Arteries in Turkish Population
Acute Coronary SyndromeMyocardial Infarction2 moreThe objective of this study is to analyze the Demographics, Clinical Profiles, Management, in-Hospital and Long-Term Outcomes of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Syndrome And Myocardial Infarction with Non-obstructive Coronary Artery Disease.

Biomarkers in Patients Undergoing Atrial Fibrillation Ablation
Atrial FibrillationThe investigators aim to find biomarkers to determine the success of pulmonary vein isolation for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.

Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease is Associated With Increased Atrial Fibrillation Risk in an Elderly...
Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver DiseaseAtrial Fibrillation1 moreAtrial fibrillation and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are two pathological conditions that are highly prevalent worldwide and share multiple CVD risk factors. There is rare research performed among elderly adults. The investigators are conducting a cross-sectional analysis of elderly adults (≥65 years) to investigate the association between atrial fibrillation and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in an elderly Chinese population.

LSI (Lesion Index) Workflow Observational Study
Paroxysmal Atrial FibrillationThis clinical study is a prospective, multicenter, post-market, single-arm, observational study designed to characterize the usage of the Lesion Index (LSI) with the market-released TactiCath Contact Force Ablation Catheter, Sensor Enabled (TactiCath SE) in subjects with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAF) in a real-word environment.

Advisor HD Grid Observational Study
Persistent Atrial FibrillationVentricular TachycardiaThe aim of this study is to quantify and characterize the outcomes of radiofrequency (RF) ablation after, and the utility of electroanatomical mapping with the Advisor™ HD Grid Mapping Catheter, Sensor Enabled™ (hereafter called "HD Grid") and EnSite Precision™ Cardiac Mapping System (SV 2.2 or higher, hereafter called "EnSite Precision") with HD Wave Vmax voltage mapping (hereafter called "HD Wave") in subjects with PersAF or VT in real-world clinical settings.

Why in Hospital After VATS Lobectomy
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung6 moreThe study aims to identify specific or potential reasons that prolong the length of hospital stay after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy. The hypothesis is that patients who are still in hospital after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy are associated with prolonged air leak, infection, pneumonia, atrial fibrillation or other complications or social factors.

Management of Antithrombotic TherApy in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation or DevelOping AtRial Fibrillation...
Acute Coronary SyndromeAtrial FibrillationACS are a potent risk factor for AF, with new onset AF occurring in up to 1 in every 5 patients hospitalized with an ACS. Despite its relatively frequent occurrence and the many etiologic factors involved in its pathogenetic condition, the frequency and prognostic significance of AF complicating ACS remain unclear

ECGI in Patients With Persistent Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial FibrillationTo determine the values and limitations of ECGI in guiding ablation and risk stratification in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.
