Association of Ultrasonographic Parameters With FIGO Clinical Grading System for Placenta Accreta...
Placenta AccretaUnspecified TrimesterTo evaluate the association of ultrasonographic parameters suggestive of placenta accreta with intraoperative clinical diagnosis of placenta accreta according to the the clinical grading system for placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders proposed recently by FIGO and histopathological diagnosis of placenta accreta in hysterectomy specimens
Antenatal Diagnosis of Placental Attachment Disorders
Placenta AccretaPlacenta PreviaThe accuracy of sonographic prenatal detection of invasive placentation is unclear. The objective of this prospective, multicenter, observational study is to assess the performance of ultrasound for prenatal identification of invasive placentation in women with placenta previa. This study involves more than 25 hospitals in Italy.
Multidisciplinary Team in Management of Placenta Accreta
Placenta Accretacomparative study between the incidence of urological injury in case of placenta accreta in cases where urological surgical staff are participating in the operation from the start and in cases where the operation is carried by the gynecological staff only
MOGGE PAR Scores for Prediction of Outcomes of PAS
Placenta Accreta SpectrumPlacenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a set of placentation disorders that are associated with trophoblastic invasion through the physiologic decidual-myometrial junction zone. PAS may be associated with massive obstetric hemorrhage, surgical injuries, maternal intensive care unit (ICU) admission, reoperation, and prolonged hospitalization. This study aims at estimating the validity of "MOGGE placenta accreta risk-antepartum score" or "MOGGE PAR-A score" in predicting potential outcomes once PAS is diagnosed antenatally. In addition, it evaluates the validity of "MOGGE placenta accreta risk-peripartum score" or "MOGGE PAR-P score" in calculating the probability of the same outcomes using baseline features in conjugation with both disease-and surgery-related peripartum variables, thereby, assist designation of the most suitable management. Finally , MOGGE CON-PAS score was created for the subgroup of women who were subject to conservative management to predict probability of uterine preservation success.
Placenta Accreta&Its Complications in Placenta Previa Cases
Placenta Accreta in Placenta Previa AnteriorCases of previous cesarean with placenta previa anterior underwent cesarean section. Placenta accreta is diagnosed during cesarean section &confirmed by pathology. All complications are monitored in cases with placenta accreta and without.
