Ixazomib-pomalidomide-dexamethasone as Second or Third-line Combination Treatment for Patients With...
Multiple Myeloma in RelapseRefractory Multiple MyelomaAdult patients with a confirmed diagnosis of symptomatic and relapsed and/or refractory MM, after receiving bortezomib, lenalidomide and daratumumab during first and second lines, will be eligible to be enrolled in this study. During the first three treatment cycles, patients will be seen twice (Days 1 and 15 of the cycle). Starting from cycle 4 and on, patients will be assessed once per cycle (Day 1), until disease progression, for disease response and progression according to the International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) criteria. After progression, all patients will be followed for survival; for this purpose, patients will be contacted every 12 weeks until death or termination of the study by the Sponsor. Patients may continue to receive treatment for 24 months or until disease progression (PD) or unacceptable toxicity, the earlier of the three. Dose modifications may be made based on toxicities. Patients who complete study therapy will continue to receive treatment per standard of care.
Study of Carfilzomib, Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone and Belantamab Mafodotin in Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaThis research study is being done to learn if the study drug belantamab mafodotin, in combination with other standard medications, can improve multiple myeloma. This study will also help determine what effects, good and/or bad, this combination of study drugs have on subjects and their cancer, and to evaluate the overall response to this study treatment combination.

Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) followed by Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel versus Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT) in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients.
Study of ORIC-533 in Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Relapsed or Refractory Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to establish the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D), safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antimyeloma activity of ORIC-533 in patients with multiple myeloma who have exhausted available treatment options
Pembrolizumab as Salvage Therapy for the Treatment of Multiple Myeloma in Patients Progressing on...
Plasma Cell MyelomaThis phase II trial studies the effect of pembrolizumab in treating patients with multiple myeloma that is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressing) on chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Isatuximab, Lenalidomide, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone in NDMM
Multiple MyelomaNewly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma (NDMM)1 moreThis research is testing whether the investigational drug isatuximab is safe and effective when used in combination with standard agents for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.
APG-2575 Monotherapy or in Combination With Lenalidomide/DXMS in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory...
Multiple MyelomaThis is a Phase Ib/II, open-label, multi-center study evaluating the safety, tolerability, efficacy, and PK/ Pharmacodynamics of APG2575 monotherapy or in combination with lenalidomide (R) and dexamethasone (d) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). The primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT), the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose (RP2D) of APG-2575 monotherapy or in combination with Rd in Chinese R/R MM patients.
