Social isolation, economic conditions, interruption of treatments, etc. may cause physical, mental, behavioral and psychosocial changes in children with cerebral palsy. Discontinuing regular physiotherapy can worsen functional skills and cause complications in children with cerebral palsy. Our aim in this study is to investigate the sustainability of the treatments of children with cerebral palsy during the pandemic period, their physical and psychosocial effects, and the relationship between their parents' fear of covid-19.

Application of the ICF Core Set in Stroke Patients

Sixty patients with stroke were applied a-24-item ICF Core Set for Stroke, Standardized Mini-Mental State Examination(SMMSE), Stroke Impact Scale Version(SIS), Rivermead Mobility Index(RMI) and Home Safety Checklist(HSCL). Spearman and Pearson correlation analysis was used to show the relation between the items of the scales and the ICF Core Set for Stroke items.

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is the most common childhood disorder that occurs with a lesion in the developing infant brain, seen in 2-3/1000 live births. CP is a posture, movement and tone disorder that occurs due to prenatal or postnatal causes. It is not progressive, but since the anatomy of the lesion and the physical development of the individual are not completed, the course of the disorder may vary throughout life. Accompanied by motor dysfunctions, it varies according to clinical types. In addition to this, various visual, sensory and behavioral problems, speech disorders that cause learning difficulties and cognitive problems can also be observed. Ophthalmic disorders are the most common problem in CP and can also affect the developmental process of the patient. Since ophthalmic disorders and neurological deficits are associated in CP, the relationship between neurological disorder and ophthalmic disorders has been investigated in the literature. The aim of this study is to establish the Turkish validity and reliability of the Visual Function Classification System (VFCS) specific to individuals with Cerebral Palsy (CP).

Various gait deviations are observed in children with cerebral palsy. Our aim was to determine the effect of cognitive task (CT) and motor task (MT) on gait in children with cerebral palsy (CP). 15 children with CP, between 9-15 years old, with Communication Function Classification System (CFSS) level I, with Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) and Manual Ability Classification System (MACS) level I-II were included in the study. Unilateral Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral Palsy, in particular in its unilateral spastic form (uCP), is the main cause of motor disability in children, with a prevalence of 2/1000 births. These children have upper limb motor impairments that hinder the realization of activities of daily life in bimanual situations. 3D motion analysis (3DMA) is an objective and precise tool, considered as the gold standard for gait analysis. The existing 3DMA protocols consist of movements too standardized, in unimanual situations away from gestures of everyday life, or have not been validated in bimanual situations. In a preliminary study, a 3DMA bimanual protocol was study. it was composed of 4 tasks integrated into a game scenario to have more spontaneity of movements, similar to those experienced by children in daily life. It allows the exploration of all degrees of freedom of the upper limb.
