The purpose of this study is to obtain increased knowledge concerning central pain and fatigue processing in rheumatoid arthritis, and how these conditions are influenced by treatment with Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) blockade with adalimumab.

In this study, a 5 mg dose of CP-690,550 will be given to study subjects on two separate occasions using one of two different strength tablets each time. The amount of CP-690,550 available in the blood following administration of each tablet will be measured and compared. The overall aim of the study is to establish that a similar amount of CP-690,550 is absorbed into the blood following administration of the same dose of each different strength tablet .

The aim of this study is to compare the blood levels achieved with a new formulation of AZD5672 to an existing formulation of AZD5672 used in previous studies

We will develop brief versions of the classic 6-week Arthritis Self-Management Program and evaluate their effectiveness.

Individuals with with arthritic conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or fibromyalgia) and internet and email access were randomized to receive an internet-based arthritis self-management program (treatment group) or to continue with usual care (control group). Questionnaires measuring health indicators, health behaviors, self efficacy and health care utilization were administered at baseline, six months and one year after the course. It was hypothesized that those participating in the course would have better outcomes than the control group at six months and one year.

We will evaluate the bioavailability of naproxen 500 mg administered as three dfferent formulations.

We will evaluate the effect of food on the bioavailability of the components of PN400

The purpose of this study is to determine how the body breaks down and excretes the investigational drug, AZD5672.

The study will try, in 2 separate parts, each using 12 research subjects, to see how a new form of the pill CE 224,535 gets released into the bloodstream and whether that is affected by food. In each part, subjects will switch among 4 treatment periods to take either different forms of the pill(s) or the same form either after fasting or eating a meal. The second part will only happen depending on whether the sponsor believes it is needed and will use separate subject than the first part.
